We're pretty satisfied with my mother's care at Stetson Premier Care. I just don't like the turnover or if they rotate their staff. If they had more consistent staff, it would be better for my mom. There are different sized rooms in that home and hers is small, but she has a wonderful picture window that looks out to the front of the house and it's well maintained. It's a nice room with a comfortable chair, bed, and TV. She has gained some weight since she's been there. She gets three very good home-cooked meals and snacks. They have music scheduled once a week, someone comes in and plays games with them and interacts with them, and they have a chaplain that visits once a month. The activities are organized and they're scheduled every week. The owners and the actual overseers of the home are very wonderful and very open with me, they contact me, and their communications were good. The only thing I don't like is she had the same person for two weeks and then they change and they rotate. Some of the staff are good, some aren't. It's a very nice facility. I pay a lot for her to be there because they thought she was more disabled or needed more care than she really does.

My mother moved into Stetson Premier Care. They have a lady that comes in twice a week for games, they have music and all kinds of activities, so my mother is happy. You feel like part of the home and part of the family; they're very family-oriented. The staff is very attentive, caring, and it's a good group of people.
