I just moved my wife to Inspira at Arrowhead and the level of care that I've seen and the ratio of caregivers to residents surpasses all the other facilities I've been to. The layout of the facility for memory care is very conducive to observation and activities. It's a very new facility. It's only 4 years old. The staff is wonderful. The directors are very involved in running the community, knowing the residents, and being accessible to me. So, they know the residents, which is nice. They just don't ship them in and forget them. When I brought my wife in there, they scooped her up and started her joining an activity right away. They have music about 2 to 3 times a week and they have pianos in every section of the facility. I saw once after lunch where they had a movie. Their food is excellent. It's freshly made. They have fruits and water out so the residents can have them if they want. They're very attentive and very accommodating to the needs of the residents. The facility is very clean, very modern, and very up-to-date. The activity room, dining room, and movie room are all in the center of the memory care area. They have three memory care pods and all their apartments are lining the outside. Therefore, if the residents are out and about, the caregivers can see them. They don't have to look for them down the hallway. They also have outside courtyards that they can visit and they're monitored to make sure they don't get sunburned or dehydrated or any of that. Some things are included and are not included in the price. Like the TV itself and the connection, they are free, but you have to pay for the WIFI for yourself and furnish your own furniture. They have a great connection with people that helped me furnish her apartment though and they did a beautiful job. It's the best place that I have ever seen.

My mom moved into the memory care facility at Inspira Arrowhead. The facility is very clean. The staff members are very friendly. They have a lot of activities scheduled for their residents. It's a great location. Their food is excellent. It's full-service restaurant-style food. The staff is great, but just like any other senior living facility, they have difficulty keeping people, so they have to constantly train and hire more people. They do standard bingo, art classes, flower arrangement classes, and coloring. They have entertainment that comes in and karaoke opportunities. They have large televisions that they'll put movies on for the memory care residents to be able to spend some time watching. They have a calendar of events that comes out every month. But they don't do a very good job of getting those calendars out by the first of the month. Sometimes those calendars don't come out until a week into the month, which is somewhat inconvenient. It is one of the more expensive places. Memory care is set up in three different pods that are based on the level of care that the residents may need. Each pod has an outdoor area, which is very nice. The doors to those units have alarms, so they do know when a resident is outside, which is important. They do a good job with their outdoor areas, which have lots of trees, flowers, and artificial grass.

Inspira Arrowhead is a very, very nice place. Food is great here. It's much better than where we were at and the noise is down to a minimum. Their soups are very, very good. The meal can be anything from a chicken slider to an Angus beef burger, while evening meals can be a steak, a casserole, or chicken and their desserts are very nice. They have a big saltwater pool, all kinds of amusements, bingo, and entertainment/live music. Last night, they had a country western theater, which was good. This place is also cheaper than the one we were at.

This place was a horrible experience overall with the exception of the caregivers who were the only ones in the entire place who seemed to care. There are too many issues to relate in one review, but I would like to focus on the lack of honesty/transparency. It has been a year since we removed our rapidly-declining loved one, and still have not received the medical records we requested (and were promised) several times from both Inspira Arrowhead and the "doctor". If we don't get the medical records soon, I will be relating more of our experience with that place. My opinion is that if you want a nice place for your loved one to thrive, this is definitely NOT it.

We toured Inspira Arrowhead for my mom. It was very nice. The lady that gave us the tour was very informative and answered all our questions, and we liked it. My mom liked their rooms and the whole facility, and how they got it set up. She liked everything that was available to her at the facility. They had a theater and all sorts of different projects and activities. They are advertising for those activities, and she could see it on a schedule. They got trips that she can make with a vehicle to her doctor. The biggest thing she liked was that they could do her hair dressing right there. The place looked really nice. The dining area was really nice. We I talked to the chef, and we saw the eating area, the cafeteria.

Inspira Arrowhead in Glendale is beautiful, new, and well-decorated. It is gorgeous. It's like stepping into a resort. Everything is so well coordinated. The room I saw was great too. Everything is new, perfectly clean, with nice carpet, and a nice shower. I toured independent living, and the staff that assisted me was very kind and really helped a lot. She showed us everything, all of the activities, and the different things that they do. She also came to lunch with us; we had lunch there. It was very nice, and the food was good. They had a painting class where somebody helps you paint. They had a beading class and had a lot of reading clubs. They had a beautiful salt water swimming pool that interested me.

I chose Inspira Arrowhead for my friend because of their responsiveness, they're so kind, just the services, the price, and the cleanliness. I couldn't say enough. They bend over backwards to just make you feel like this is your home. It's not quite my taste of architecture, but everything looks very well built. It looks like a small resort. It's nice, maybe not my colors, but other people might like it. Everybody has different tastes, but everything that they did was done tastefully. It seems like a wonderful value. It's close to everything that he knows, so it's accessible. It's within his three-mile radius of everything and everybody he knows.

I went to Inspira Arrowhead. They took us straight to one of the apartments, and then we just sat and talked to the lady who was in charge. The staff was very helpful, and she spent close to a half an hour just talking and sharing with us. The apartment was very nice; we liked it a lot. It's not fully furnished, but it would be large enough for the both of us. There were all kinds of activities, they have a pool inside that's heated, they have a place where you can exercise, and they said they have someone there all the time to help you achieve your goals. There is a lot of building going on around it, so it's a fairly new place. We saw some people sitting outside in the sun as we approached the building. It was very nice.

Inspira Arrowhead is wonderful. My mother is really enjoying it. The staff has been very helpful. We really like the accommodations. The dining room is more like a restaurant. We tried the food before she moved in and it was very good. They have a pool that's kept at 90 degrees year-round, an exercise room, a craft room, movies every day, and it comes with Alexa in every apartment. It's a good value.

We visited Inspira Arrowhead and its very nice. The apartments were too small, so I can't get my furniture in there. The staff was very nice, and the dining area was also very nice. The activities seem to be about the same as what you get in other senior living places, so they're very nice. They just opened.
