Apartments are OK The garage has always had sandy grit dirt. Property is filthy Alot of drugs Lot of police calls It smells Poor management since it opened. This was supposed to be for 55+. Seniors were lied to it is bad. Most of the seniors moved out. There are people there that are trapped on leaving because rent is out of control in Madison and surrounding areas. Large dogs

I will be moving into The Landing at 818. I liked the central air conditioning and the fact that the apartment had a lot of kitchen cabinets. It had beautiful appliances, a washer and dryer, a big walk-in closet in the bedroom, and free Wi-Fi. They had an exercise room with equipment like a treadmill and a bike. There was a big covered area with a full kitchen where we were planning a potluck so we could get to meet each other. They're going to be putting a griller out there in the summer, too. There was a really nice balcony. They had security cameras inside and outside the building. The management was awesome. They do not serve meals, so you do your own cooking. I'm not excited about the location of this place because one side overlooked a kind of rundown motel and then the front faced the main street. The other side faced a side street with houses right there. But I've got a unit that overlooked the side street and I'm up on the third floor, so I could kind of overlook the city. It's close to shopping areas. It's just a few blocks away from lots of little boutique shops. They also have a locked room for packages that are too big for the mailboxes that a fob key opens. If UPS delivers a package that doesn't fit in your mailbox, they put it in a larger box and then they put the key in your mailbox so that you'll know what box it's on. They also had an intercom system.
