My mom moved into Lincoln Village Senior Living over a month ago. She is in a wheelchair and is paralyzed, so they're doing the best they can. I'm not allowed to visit her, so I don't know about the staff, and she doesn't talk much. From the outside it looks nice, but I can't see her so I don't know what the inside looks like. She had told me once she went to play bingo one day. It's expensive for anything, but they're about the same as the others.

I did a tour of Lincoln Village Senior Living. The building was clean and neat and tidy. The rooms were very nice. It was more upscale, which doesn't suit us because we're not upscale people. I didn't choose them because we're country folk and we like we don't like all that, the elaborate decorations and all of that stuff. We're more into form and functions. But it was clean, neat, and tidy. The rooms were nice. I did not get a chance to interact with any of the residents to find out if they liked it there. The one who gave us the tour was okay. She was in a hurry, so she didn't spend a lot of time, and I wasn't there very long. They were eating lunch. It smelled and looked very good, but beyond that, that was not an option. Their staff wasn't very friendly, and I got rushed through the tour. The lady who gave the tour wasn't the primary tour giver and couldn't answer a lot of my questions. So, I was not impressed.

I toured Lincoln Village Senior Living and I thought they did a great job. It's a huge place and they have a lot of amenities, but I think it was just too big for my mom. I think if she would have started assisted living ten years ago in her life and gotten her place there, I think she would have been fine with it, but it's almost too overwhelming for her now to be placed there for the first time. It's a big place, but it's beautiful. The staff was very professional, very personal, and willing to answer any questions that my mom had. I thought she did a nice job. They have everything from a couple of bedroom facility rooms to single rooms to studios. It's like a little town. It's very cute. The dining area was nice. It's separated and felt like you were truly going to a dining area. It looked very nice. They pretty much offered everything. They have a meal plan, a wellness plan, and games. They also have little sitting areas inside and out. They have a lot to offer their residents. For my mom, it would be too much to get around because she's on oxygen, but if you're pretty mobile and can ambulate around it'd be a great transition place because it's more apartment living. This has got elevators in it and it's just a total setup. It's very impressive. They seem to know their residents, but it's very spaced out. It's a more independent living, to me, than it is assisted living. The staff was energetic and very professional. She knew her job and knew the place. But I don't know that she went out of her way to do anything above and beyond. I thought she was very helpful, but I wouldn't say I left wowed or impressed that I would go and place my mom there.

I toured Lincoln Village Senior Living in Port Washington for my mom. The rooms were beautiful, well-appointed, newly carpeted with great paint. I just thought it was a gorgeous facility. I also saw some of the residents and they seemed very happy and very engaged. In a lot of places, people are just sitting around in chairs doing nothing and half asleep. So, this was a nice surprise to see that. I thought the staff was great, her name is Donna, and was well-informed. We didn't have a scheduled appointment and she still was able to accommodate me and was very gracious.

Our tour at Lincoln Village went very well. The lady who accommodated us took us from the independent to assisted living, and showed us the dining room. They had a library, a lot of activities, and one group of people were having a very nice time in the recreation area. The facilities were very nice, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The person who gave me the tour was very nice and informative. I thought the rooms were a little small. I looked at a one-bedroom that had a kitchen. We didn't choose this place because of crossing state lines, and my mother wouldn't be eligible for Medicaid. The appearance of the place looked good and newer. The facilities also looked good.
