My mother moved into Heritage Court. I think the staff is pretty good, I don't have any complaints, if ever I brought a concern, it's taken care of right away, and my mother likes it there. She thinks it's very nice, the food is a little bland, it's a low sodium diet, but it's good. I'm satisfied.

My mother will be moving into Heritage Court Eau Claire. It's memory care. They were clean. They had a nice entry. The rooms were OK-sized. The bathrooms were fairly nice. They have music, arts and crafts, games, that sort of thing. I haven't spoken to any staff, but the director was very nice.

Heritage Court Eau Claire was good. The memory care facility was very nice. It was kind of set up like in a block where residents could walk around the facility. They had sitting areas with different themes in four different areas, and they were very nice too. The room sizes were a little bit smaller, but they had activities for the residents. Also, they had a very nice garden and patio where they could sit and just be outside for a while if they wanted to. The person who toured us was nice and informative.

Heritage Court was very nice. The rooms were small, but it's probably the best for dementia patients, so they don't get too overwhelmed with their space. The dining area wasn't as fancy as some of the others, but they had a chef on duty making lunch when we were there. It's a beautiful facility. The staff seemed nice. I like the pictures with their family members posted outside their rooms.

My mom moved into Heritage Court Memory Care recently. It's good and we are very pleased with it. They're very caring and very attentive. It seems like a good fit for her. Her room is very nice and very clean. She has her own bathroom and it has nice furniture. They provide the bed and the dresser. I'm very happy with it.

My grandmother has lived at Heritage Court for a little over a year now, and we have had nothing but good experiences with them. She suffers from dimentia, and the staff at Heritage Court do a wonderful job of keeping her heathy in both body and mind. Heritage Court rests in a peaceful yet convenient location in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. When we last visited, we were able to go outside with my grandmother and sit under the trees in the courtyard and talk for as long as we wanted without any of the staff bothering us or questioning why we were there. They were familiar with my grnadmother and her symptoms and were familiar with my parents, even though they are only down there once a month. It was great to see the positive attitudes on every face of every staff member. The facility itself is very well kept. The floors and furniture are clean, and the recreational areas are up to date and modern.

Heritage Court is a beautiful facility and the caregivers are well trained with the dementia population living there. Meals taste great for the number cooked for. Overall very homelike and my grandma is in good hands.
