My mother-in-law has moved to Vineyard Park at Mercer Island's memory care. The appearance of the facility is good. They're just refurbishing it, so it's very clean and well-maintained. The staff members are excellent. They've all been there for an incredibly long period, but most of them have been there, on average 5 to 7 years. Some staff have been there for longer, which is very rare in this scenario. In terms of activities, they have bingo, massages, manicures, movie nights, hairdressing, volleyball, exercise, and cooking. I have eaten there and I would say the food is good and has a nice variety. The memory care area is filled with light and the dining area is very clean. They set up before meal time and it's cleaned up afterwards. It's light and airy. They have communal tables where the residents can group and have a lovely time.

My mom will be moving in. It was good and a pretty nice area. It has a great view. The law of nature. The staff was excellent and very thorough. They were doing an exercise class while I was there. When I was leaving, they were coming back from a visit. The rooms looked nice and really spacious.

They are mostly memory care and my mom and dad don't need memory care. The staff was great and the lady that we talked to gave us all kinds of information. She was very good and so was the rest of the staff. If you ask them anything, they always offer to help you. It was very nice. The residents all seemed happy. When she told us they were mostly memory care, we didn't look at the rooms. She said that it just wouldn't be appropriate for them, but they were wonderful. I didn't see a lot of the facility but what I saw was very nice. The food looked good. We were there at lunchtime.

The care was fantastic. The nurses who came out and evaluated Dad were very attentive. I probably got a phone call from them at least every other day. The people who were taking care of him did a great job. It was a very positive experience for us. I didn't see anything negative about the place. They were all accommodating, quite professional, and made the process very easy.
