My mother stayed at WindSong at Southridge for a month. They were very welcoming and answered our questions. They gave us personal attention. Her room was small. The staff members are very good and personal. They had a big open area and some couches to sit on. They were very caring and supportive.

staff are poorly trained and the staff to patient ratio is 1-2 to 20 people. My husband fell 5 times in 10 days because no one assisted him when he needed it. My complaints went unanswered, turnover is high, he was dirty and unshaven when I went to see him. He contacted covid because staff do not wash their hands between patient care. Please consider an adult family home with trained dedicated staff, the proper equipment to handle people with limited mobility and constant supervision by a trained nurse.

My Dad stayed at Windsong for a Month. The staff that took care of my dad was great. Excellent communication . The food wasn’t the greatest. The front desk people could have been more friendly .

The facility looks great on the surface but it doesn't live up to the promise. The management is disorganized and there is a lack of clear communication. These issues impact resident care.

My husband is in WindSong at Southridge and it's great. The staff are also great; they're just wonderful. They have lots of activities because it's a Montessori-based facility, so they have residents doing lots of things to help them. It's a very new place, so they have just about everything -- and everything is new and good. They have two outdoor areas: one where they can go and calm themselves down, and one, which is a bigger place, where they go with other people. So it's very nice.
