Lake Heights Aging AFH is an assisted living facility that offers a broad range of care services, including memory, hospice, respite and rehabilitation care. A registered nurse is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide medication administration and supervision. Trained caregivers are also available to care for residents and assist them with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfers, movement and housekeeping and laundry. Two-person assisted transfers are provided, and the staff is trained in the use of the Hoyer lift system. Other services include incontinence, colostomy, ileostomy and catheter care.

Amenities include home-cooked meals, including special diets such as low or sodium-free diets, scheduling and reminders of medical appointments and complimentary transportation services. The management arranges a number of stimulating activities, such as walks, games and exercises, to keep residents active and offer them opportunities to interact and build new friendships.
