My mother resided at the Lodge at Jordan River for 7 months. The staff was caring and pleasant. Her room was clean and the food was good. They were accommodating to her individual needs. There were group activities that she chose not to participate in though she had the opportunity. Relief society presence and the Lodge chaplain provided comfort. The lodge was a good value and met our needs.

Perfect Facility for my dad because he did not have a lot of money. He was well cared for and and the staff were friendly. It was nice to know there was a nurse in the building 7 days a week. The food was good and the place was clean. I would recommend this Facility for people who cannot pay $$$$

Noisy, alarms going off constantly, aids are difficult to find when you need them. Residents look bored or unhappy - or both. It always makes me sad to go visit.

I cannot recommend The Lodge at Jordan River. My loved-one was a resident for many years. He was never mistreated or abused in any way. But The Lodge doesn't offer much more than a safe place to reside. There are very few activities to break up the day and it's fairly noisy and it was often difficult to find a staff member when we needed one. Our mailed monthly bill came in the mail 1-2 days before it was due, which I found to be a problem because then I had to drive my payment to pay in person, instead of having time to mail it back.
