My mom is currently staying at St. Joseph Villa. We have been pleased with them. I wish they would have small refrigerators, but the room is small. It's nice and clean. She's enjoyed bingo, live music, and chair exercising. Those are the only activities that she's really been involved with. I have not seen them personally, but Mom seems happy with them. Many of the staff do not talk to her enough, and that would be the one change that I would suggest: more communication directly with her. She does not like the food at all. It's a disaster as far as she's concerned, so we bring her hamburgers. It's an older facility, and that makes it less desirable than a newer one, but it's certainly adequate. There are some good things there and some disappointing things. There have been individual caregivers who have been very nice, open, and friendly, but in general the communication is disappointing.

St. Joseph Senior Apartments is really great. I haven't had a chance to move in there yet, but so far, they've been working with me really well with what I need to get. The staff was really great, and they're willing to work with you. It was really nice looking, clean, and well kept up. You have to pay for the meals separately, but the utilities, the washer, and the dryer are included.

I'm living in St. Joseph Senior Living Apartments. It's really nice, I enjoy it, and I have my own apartment. I have a one-bedroom apartment, a kitchen, living room, and bedroom; everything is nice. You can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner if you wanna pay extra, but I just have my own. There's a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and that kind of thing. The staff is very nice and very friendly. Everything is clean and good.

We took a tour of St. Joseph Senior Living Apartments. It was nice, but the space was smaller than what we were looking for. The staff member did fine. They showed us where the dining room was, as well as the apartment. It looked good and clean. The apartment was clean, but a little dated and small.

My mother fell and went to St. Joseph Senior Living Apartments for rehab. She was there for a couple of weeks. It's adequate, I thought the staff did a pretty good job. The room is OK, the facility is old, and it was clean.

This is a lovely independent living community, with a very ind and friendly staff. The only issue for me was the rent amount, which was a little out of my range as I only have a very smallSS income to rely on.

We visited St. Joseph Senior Living Apartments, and thats the one my dad would choose. Its independent living, so theres a full kitchen in there, the residents were friendly, and we liked that better for my dad overall. The place is sunny, the apartments were nice, and it was a lot less institutional. They have singalongs, cocktails on Friday, daily mass, and rides to and from grocery stores. They have people come in and do things, and they have exercises. The staff was very friendly and very personable.

I didn't like St. Joseph Senior Living Apartments. It was dark and dreary. The receptionist was fine, but what I had been told and what she told me were two different things and there's no way I can afford $2,000 plus more a month. It wasn't acceptable for what I need. The representation was below $1,000, but then they told me it was $2,200 up. I saw their studio apartments and their one-bedroom wasn't big enough to put my bedroom set in. They were putting new carpets in two new places, but they were already filled up. The tour was OK, and I just wasn't happy with the facility. They had a little room where they eat and there were some people sitting in the corner putting a puzzle together. Whatever activities they have is in the same room that they eat in. The apartments were behind everything and the senior living part was in the front. I wasn't happy or pleased about what I saw. The lady who gave me the tour wasn't the one I had an appointment with. She was OK, but she wasn't prepared for it. I didn't like the facility at all. It didn't seem like a happy place.

St. Joseph Senior Living Apartments was clean and well-organized. They showed me a very small studio room. The staff was very cordial. They have field trips once in a while. The dining area looked clean to me. I had a very good experience.

I'm living at St. Joseph's and I like it a lot. The food is great. They have Bingo, a lot of people watch the Utah jazz games on TV, and they have social hour on Fridays where they serve wine and beer. The staff is great, and they do everything I ask. Everything is good, it's pretty relaxing, and it's really quiet.

I've been living here at St Joseph Senior Living Apartments a little over a year. We have a large parking lot that we walk around, outings once or twice a month on a handicap bus, and outings to lunch a couple of times a week. We sometimes go to the zoo and Walmart or malls. There are always activities throughout the month. We also have shuffle boards here and arts and crafts. They serve three meals a day, but they're not included in the rent, so they cost extra. The place has an elevator, and we have one of those emergency buttons which you push, and somebody will be out pretty quick to see what’s wrong. All utilities are paid, and you can have small pets like dogs and cats. They have laundry service, housekeeping, and covered parking which cost extra. They don't have transportation, so you need to get to appointments on your own. It's not really expensive, and the management are really good people.

Mom was in St. Joseph Villa. They were good and supervised her, but she was able to wander around, so she fell. They checked on her frequently, but you could not be there 100% at the time. They did very nice work for her. The rooms circled around the dining and social area, so they were able to keep good, close watch on their patrons. Every time we went there, my mom had someone with her, and she was out of her room. With her mental state, that was really appropriate.

We had friends at St. Joseph Villa, and we visited a friend who died there. It’s antiseptically clean, and it looked well-staffed. The rooms looked more like a hospital.

St. Joseph was really good. The only problem was that my patient is looking for something on the first floor. It seems really good over there. They have lunch and dinner and a schedule of activities. The apartments were a nice size, and every time I go there, the place is clean. They have assisted living and independent living.

St. Joseph Senior Living Apartments was nice. The lady who assisted us was nice and told us there was transportation going to the doctor; however, this turned out not to be true. They do have transportation to the grocery store once a week, so that was nice. It was an OK facility with very nice people, but my mom didn’t like it. They had pretty nice meals. It was a cute place. I’d live there if I could afford it.

St Joseph was beautiful. They have a beautiful garden, but I would have to dress up to go there. They’ve got Netflix several times a month, computer places, a beauty shop, and a little store. The dining room was elegant. The kitchen had the latest equipment. There’s a bus that goes to another neighbourhood if you want to go shopping.

St. Joseph Villa seemed good for what it is. They seemed nice. My mother does need assisted living, and that was what I went to look at -- the assisted living -- and that was just upstairs. I didn't tour the facility really. It was clean and well-kept.

I would never go to this facility. I lost my mother there. The doctor seldom visited, the facility is old and the dining area is depressing. When my mother died, they informed me via telephone. They refused my request to speak to the nurse on duty the night she died. Lim fairness, there were some very nice nurses who treated my mother with respect and caring but the the doctor and the administrative staff and especially the nurse on duty the night she died failed her. I suffered for years over the way my mother was treated.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and patient. They kept me updated on everything going on. They recommended an in-house physician so we didn't have to take her out. I appreciated everything; it's a nice place.

It's big and very outdated. The lady was pretty knowledgeable about the programs. They're very busy there. I like the fact that they understand dementia patients. It's very clean, and when you first walk in, it looks fine. It's just the rooms are really outdated. I know that they're good because a lot of people have recommended them. That's why I went to go look. But it's very expensive, too. It's pricey. They need updating.

St. Joseph Villa was bigger than most facilities. The place was clean and seemed to work well for the residents. The staff was very kind and friendly and there seemed to have a variety of food. The residents seemed very happy there.

Of all of the assisted living facilities I have visited and toured, this one is by far the prettiest. I felt like I was walking into a nice hotel rather than a nursing home. When you think of a nursing home you do not think of plush carpeting and bright beautiful colors and lighting. All of these are present at Saint Josephs Villa, so you feel good about the facility right when you walk in the door. The staff and the amenities do not dissapoint either, with a kind friendly atmosphere and large warm inviting rooms. The food was well prepared, generous portions, and a nice wide variety of choices so that even the strictest of tastes and diets will be satisfied. I highly recommend taking a tour of St Josephs with your loved ones, you will not be disappointed! I give it five stars, though I do have one complaint. All this oppulance will cost you. The average room was slightly more than the assisted living facilities in the surrounding area, though the cost is well worth it.
