The hallways at Park Lane Senior Living are the nicest and the apartments are the roomiest that I've seen. They have full kitchens and a small balcony in all the outside rooms, but not in the inside rooms. My sister lives there and they have a lot of activities for the residents such as exercise classes, Bridge playing, Rummy cube, reading clubs, and trips to different sites. The food is good, too. It's just that the person who was there did not make you feel welcome and that they want you.

Park Lane Senior Living seemed very nice. There was a beautiful atrium. It wasn't open air, but it was very light and it was in the center where the dining room was. Some activities were going on. There was a gym. We saw a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment, and they both seemed very spacious. The woman who gave us the tour was very sweet, very nice, and very accommodating. They just don't have any real outdoor space to be sitting in and walking in.

I was very impressed. We visited during Cinco de Mayo and we saw the residents were chatting with each other. Their meeting place by the atrium was festively decorated. They also had entertainment and the residents were very into it. Their rooms were larger and had a walk-in closet. We met several staff members and they were very, very nice. The food was OK. They had a typical large variety main menu.

I visited Parklane, and it's wonderful. The rooms are different sizes. The one I looked at was a 1-bedroom. It had a nice view of the mountains.

Our family was looking for Independent Living for our father. I was familiar with Parklane but it was not in the location we prefered. After looking at many other places, none could compare. Some were pretty with open grounds but the apts. were small and dark and overall just didn't offer the full package. Not only is Parklane beautiful but the apts. were larger and more inviting. (more home-like), the atrium invited you in and everyone from staff to residents were so friendly. As dad has lived here, we have come to realize that the inconvenience of driving further out of our way wasn't as important as where he lives. The staff is so amazing, the food is delicious and the activities keep our dad having the quality of life we all hoped for. We as a family are thrilled with this lifestyle he is enjoying. We made the right choice!

Assisted living was not necessary for our loved one at the time of relocation, but relief from caring for a home, preparing meals, arranging transportation etc. was. We felt increasing social stimulation would also be of great benefit. We've been so grateful for the gaps that have been filled in by Parklane as well as the peace of mind afforded to the family. Though personal care is not a service of Parklane per se, their Supportive Living program helps facilitate awareness of needs when on occasion they arise, and supports the family in arranging what are often temporary extra services. The food is fantastic, activities great, the staff very caring and accommodating. We feel we made the right choice with Parklane!

We had a really good tour at Parklane. The place was very nice. The rooms were too small, but neat and clean. They also had a couple of two-bedroom option that seemed more suitable. The staff was informative and helpful. They had activities, like when they take people to the opera. They had people who were experts in the community come in and give talks. They had weekly grocery runs. They also had transportation for the residents.
