BeeHive Homes of Salt Lake City seemed like a big house where everyone had their own bedrooms, but everyone could be involved. They were the cheapest, but I didn't see that they were getting their memory care residents involved in a lot of activities other than getting them out of the room and sitting on the couch or watching TV. Safety seems to be good because everything was locked down, but what bothered me is that if they wanted to go out the door, they couldn't because it was a locked-down facility. Other than that, the facility looked clean and it seemed nice. They have beautiful rooms. The person who gave me a tour was also very nice.

BeeHive Homes of Salt Lake City was a lovely, clean, friendly community. It was well lit with wide hallways, good for walking. The staff and caretakers were very kind. They've been there for a long time and they're well experienced. The community offers individual meal plans, which is important for my mother because she has a specific diet. The outside gardens were very lovely. They have a variety of activities. They have scenic drives, walks, and church services. I haven't tried a meal but I came at mealtime, so I saw the service and preparation. I'm also very impressed that they offer an individual meal plan for each member of their community even if they don't have a special diet or even if they have preferences (things they do or don't like).
