My mother is in Cottonwood Creek. They've got very vibrant residents and staff, very caring staff, and beautiful rooms. They have physical therapy and occupational therapy onsite, which is very convenient, and a lot of great activities for my mother to attend. She really likes bingo, and she enjoys dinner and a movie. I spoke with the activities director and told her that my mom likes to play a card game called Uno, and so they plan on incorporating that into their activity schedule for her. She loves the food. She's only been there a couple of days, but the variety was really delicious and they offered vegetables, which she doesn't cook herself. The fact that there are vegetables and nutritious meals is very much a plus. The facility is very nice. Compared to other places that I looked at, the rooms are spacious, clean, and very nice. They have patios, which are nice, but not really a very nice walking area because it's quite small.

I liked Cottonwood Creek a lot. I saw a lot of people there. The only thing I didn't like was that if my friend needed to take her dog, her studio would have been on the second floor and she needed to come down to the first floor and take the dog outside, and they don't have an area for the dog, so it's very close to the street. I thought that was not safe at all, but I liked the people there. When I went into the lunch area, they were all eating and talking like they were friends, and I thought that was pretty cool. That was the place that I was very impressed with. The salesperson was amazing and very kind. The studio was pretty cool. It was a big bedroom with a little family room and a beautiful bathroom with a shower. I liked that, and the view of the outside. It just seemed very homey and pleasant. When I took my friend there, they invited us for lunch, but my friend just said no. The place doesn't look like a new place, but the studios looked very clean.

Cottonwood Creek was nice. They have a good staff and a lot of activities and they were closer to what we were looking for. They were a little out of our price range though. The rooms were nice. They allow pets. That was nice, too. They had a lot of fun activities and a great dining room (they call it a restaurant) and everything was nice. The rooms were really good. We liked that. They were spacious. The staff was also very nice and very helpful. They have dining from 7 to 8. They have mailboxes for their residents and a nursing staff. It was a good place.

Cottonwood Creek had some construction going on, so it was a little bit hard in the lobby. I didn't like the layout of the studio room that we looked at because the kitchen was tucked in a corner, like an afterthought. It had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink. But I liked the idea of walking out of your patio on the ground level if you have a pet. The person that showed me around didn't know much of anything because the salesperson was not there.

My sister has been in The Cottonwood Creek for ten days now. I helped her move in but I haven't been there ever since because she just got vaccinated. There aren't too many people around because of COVID, but this place has a lot more activities than a lot of the other places that we visited. They play bingo and my sister said she goes down and tries arts and crafts. The staff seemed to be very upbeat, very positive, and they really were part of making the residents do different activities, getting them involved, and trying to be positive. It's an older facility compared to the newer ones that we looked at, but for the overall pricing, they have the biggest units for the same price as the others are offering. You would get about a couple of hundred square feet more, so it was a really good value, and the equivalent services were about twice as much as the others.

We looked at Cottonwood Creek. The staff member was really on top of everything. She explained everything really well. She took us around. We liked it there, but it wasn't quite the same as the other place. It seemed like a nice place, but I noticed things on the wall. They said they were repairing those. The appearance on the inside at this time was more worn, but they said it was from the pandemic and bringing food up. They gave us a tour with masks and everything; we were very careful. She showed us the room that my mother-in-law would possibly be in. They had taken two studios and put them together in order to give her the space we wanted her to have. However, the studio didn't quite flow as well and it had two doors to it because they had turned it into a one-bedroom place.

Cottonwood Creek is a well-run organization. It has a lot of activities, programs, and services for the people who live there. Because of the pandemic, there are some restrictions in place. Overall, it is a nice facility. The food is very good. They got a lot of activities for the people, but I know for a fact that the internet set up is kinda spotty. That's probably the only thing.

We moved my parents into Cottonwood Creek. It seems like a very good place. My mom died right after moving in there, but my dad is still in the assisted living area. They have a very good, very caring, and very knowledgeable staff. The place is very well kept and very clean. They have good activities, too. They have a nice dining room and very good food. Activities include movie nights every Friday and Saturday. Until the coronavirus they were doing Thursday trips to a restaurant every week for lunch. They have an exercise room and they play card games, too.

My dad is at Cottonwood Creek since September. They are good. We are pleased with them overall. The staff members are very friendly and attentive. His room is not a luxury, but it is nice and comfortable. I have eaten there several times, and the food is very good. My dad is pleased with it as well. The place is nice, pleasant and clean. They have lots of activities, but my dad is not interested. They offer a lot for people who are interested in. This community is the best fit for him. It is nice without being over-the-top extravagant like walking onto a cruise ship.

I cant say enough about the care and assistance our family has received while working with the staff at Cottonwood Creek. They have truly become friend of the family and have been a great source of knowledge while have applied for assistance programs. The facility is well kept and activities are well planned and carried out. Its nice to have so many people on our team, helping with my mothers care.

I went on a tour at Cottonwood Creek, and it was nice. I saw a studio with a private bath and a balcony. It was nice. The dining room setup was a bit formal, and it's nice also. They said they could do a lot for a person with memory issues, but they don't really have memory care. They have bingo, scenic drives, and it seems like they have pretty good activities for the residents. They have a library, it's very small though, but they also have an exercise room, a theater room for showing movies, a little activity room for the bingo, and so on.

The team at Cottonwood Creek is wonderful, kind and caring. It is a lovely facility with a charming fireplace and large living room when you enter that makes you feel right at home. The staff made the transition very easy for my dad and made him feel welcome and taken care of. The whole team is very accessible and supportive. Ashlee in the marketing office was super helpful even before my dad moved in with assisting us in getting things organized and also visited my father in his nursing home to welcome him and make him feel comfortable before he moved in. My dad is very happy there and settled in quickly. His most favorite part is the delicious food and friendly service in the beautiful dining room. There is a lot of light and windows throughout the building, it’s very clean and warm. My dad also enjoys the gym, many activities and the nice walking path outside that circles the building so that he will not get lost. Not only is my dad very happy it is also a great place for family to visit him. We feel very lucky that we found Cottonwood Creek!

We have been very pleased with the the care that our Aunt has received at Cottonwood Creek. When there have been issues they have addressed them quickly and resolved them to our satisfaction. The facility is old but well maintained. Austin, the maintenance Assistant is exceptionally available when you need him. He has helped us move our aunt from one room to another. He has also helped us with small maintenance issues in her room. Cottonwood Creek is lucky to have Austin, he is a quality guy.The staff seems warm and genuinely concerned about our Aunt. The CNA's are over worked and underpaid therefore turnover is huge. This problem is unfortunately widespread in other facilities as well and this impacts the residents. All in all Cottonwood Creek is a suitable place for our relative.

I toured Cottonwood Creek. It was similar to other places and old but clean and well kept. The downside was the apartment itself; the bathroom was right off the front door, not near the bedroom, which was on the opposite side of the apartment. I thought that was strange. They showed me another apartment, which was a lot nicer. The staff was pretty good on the tour, but not as good on questions, and certainly not that friendly. They served three meals a day. They had a large auditorium, a large theater, and a lot of activities.

Cottonwood Creek was wonderful. They showed us around and gave out a lot more information there. It was a little bit more expensive than the other place we saw, but I can see why because their people probably received a lot more care than my stepfather did in the other community he had been in. The staff was really nice and fully staffed. I could see that the people were taken care of better than in other places. The facility was very nice. They had an exercise room.

Cottonwood Creek was fine, but the one that my father is in is newer. The people were friendly. It was fine. The layout was average.

They seemed to be very busy at Cottonwood Creek, but it was nice. The room we saw was right off the garden and really nice. We felt like it was really busy, which is good for some people, but maybe not so much for our mother.

Cottonwood Creek is a nice, clean place, and it is in a good neighborhood. I eat three meals a day here. It has a great cook, and a beautiful dining room. Its apartment is one-bedroom. It has a kitchenette. It has a wonderful bathroom with safety features and a shower. They have water aerobics. They have outings to the canyons. They have movies and play bingo.

I think that Cottonwood Creek is a great facility. It has many activities for the seniors who live there. All of the people who work there know all the residents. It has a very friendly feel when you walk in. They have good spaces for people to spend time; while the apartments are small, the spaces are outside. The community spaces are really pleasant. They have great activities, and the rooms are very nice. They have ADA bathrooms, a laundry room, and a beautician there. They have access to doctors there, and they have a nursing staff all the time. They have activities above and beyond what is daily.

Great staff. The aids could use more training in being more happy about assisting. The nurses are wonderful as are those at the desk. Always upbeat. The nurse keeps in contact with me via text or a phone call if any needs or questions arise.

I visited Cottonwood Creek. It was a very nice facility. I was impressed with it. I was impressed with the staff too. They're very friendly. It would be a very appropriate place to take care of my grandmother.

The staff at Cottonwood Creek has been good to my sister, and the rooms are spacious there. For as many tenants that they have, it’s a big job for all of them, so they are shorthanded. The food is really good. They have all kinds of things going on; they take them to the bank, stores, rides, lunch some place, and movies overnight, and they have wine tasting on Sundays.

My mom likes Cottonwood Creek a lot. It does not have memory care. They are like independent and assisted living. One of my friends lives there. She had to go to assisted living, and so we have been visiting her off and on. That is why we got familiar with it. The food is just kind of mediocre. They have singing, playing the piano, and movies. It seemed like there are a lot of activities going on. The place seems well kept up. They have fresh flowers on the lobby. They have a nice, wide, open dining room where people can sit wherever they want to. It seems like a good facility.

We moved my parents to Cottonwood Creek several years ago. Initially, it was a difficult transition going from a large home to apartment living. However, the staff at Cottonwood Creek made them feel at home and it was a great experience for them. My mother passed away in July of 2014 and the staff was extremely kind and thoughtful. They took special care of my dad during his hardest time especially after moving him into the AL2 section. The CNA's in the AL2 section take great care of my sweet dad and I am grateful for their kindness and extra care they provide to him. I would recommend Cottonwood Creek as a great place to live.

Cottonwood Creek was very good. The staff was great. I checked out their studio apartment. It’s very clean and very well taken care of. They have a restaurant style eating area and it was very clean. They have a full day of activities. I think the whole picture of the facility is good; it’s very warm.

Everything was very excellent at Cottonwood. It appeared to be very clean, updated, and friendly. I had lunch with them and it was good. The service was a little flop, but it was okay. The room that I saw was very nice, there is a large walk-in closet, and I was well aware that the furniture was small scale which made the rooms probably look bigger than they were. They gave me a calendar of activities like bingo, cooking demonstrations, they take residents shopping, rides to some places, and they have a church there.

Making this step with our beloved Mother has been quite the emotional roller coaster. Cottonwood Creek has been amazing from the very beginning. Jaime as a first indepth contact has been so incredibly helpful. She walked my sister and I through the whole process, then hand held my Mother helping guide her to agree. Coming from a sales back ground I understand her position. After moving Mother in I assumed that was it, she did her job. Nope, day after day she is there with the same caring help. MBK is lucky to have Jaime! Her kindness is plentiful and genuine. Her ever ready smile is infectious. I just need to say every single encounter with employees at Cottonwood Creek in every single department has been excellent. Everyone has such a sweet caring attitude.Everyone is treated so well and addressed by name. Other assisted living places pale by comparison. You have such a great team it makes the whole atmosphere there uplifting. People are living, not merely existing. The food is excellent and well planned. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everyone's job well done. Looking forward to my Mother living there for many years!

I liked the cleanliness and openness of Cottonwood Creek. It was warm, nice, very up scale and very comfortable. The rooms were very nice. The staff was also very nice and had provided me with the essential information that I needed to know. They had a number of activities like outings, games, television and Wii games. I would recommend them to others.

My Grandmother was at this facility for a few months. Firstly, I must say, the building was always kept in good order and the staff were very friendly. I thought they were very well trained and knew what they were doing. I never had any trouble finding any one to help me or my Grandmother while she was staying there. The yard, garden, and area around the facility appeared well taken care of and healthy as well as the residents. My Grandmother spoke of how kind the staff was to her when we were gone, which honestly eased our minds. I felt my Grandmother was safe and well taken care of during her stay. I would most definitely recommend this location for those in need of Assisted Living Care.
