I toured Baybrook Park Retirement Center. I actually liked it. It's not near as nice as the other one; but the more money, the better it looks. I liked that they have the little cottages or villas. It appeared to be clean. The staff were very nice. I met two, and they were both very nice and very helpful. It's the one I am considering. I did not try the food because I will be cooking for myself. They play bingo. I think they had little living areas, a family room thing, and I guess they've got food. The price looked affordable for me.

Baybrook Park Retirement Center is a beautiful complex. For an adult, it's fine, but for family it's not. I certainly wouldn't move in with my children there. It's a little older, but it's beautiful. The staff members who assisted me were lovely people. The dining area and the game rooms were nice. They have just about what anybody wants to do, from exercise to playing cards.

I would give this place a zero if that is an option . Instead of trying to help the seniors that live here they are treated as a burden . Case in point the roach INFESTATION is terrible instead of getting a reputable exterminator they hire the cheapest they can find and pretend to treat for roaches . Then tell the tenants they can hire another exterminator if they are unhappy (at the Tennants expense) .They were notified of a bedbug problem in one unit then had the audacity to say they would not migrate from one unit to another which is a blatant miscarriage of the truth . All you have to do is go to Orkins web site to see where it plainly states BEDBUGS can and will travel from one apartment to another .Orkin spends a lot of money on researching pest problems ,pest habits and extermination of pest problems . I , do think Orkin has a much clearer picture on these issues than someone trying to serve their best interest by trying to hide the facts and the presence of these problems .This is just the tip of the iceberg , there are many other issues that should be addressed in regards to the problems confronting the tenants here , some being elderly and not knowing what their rights and remedies are .. My advice BEWARE .

It was a brand new place. It was nice from the outside. They had garages and storage. But I couldn't see what was in the inside because the staff member wouldn't show me. She said they didn't have the model to show me. Her attitude was bad too.
