We chose The Waterton Inn Assisted Living for my mother. It was awesome. The place was very nice. The residents were friendly, they had a couple of available rooms. It looked very clean. The staff was friendly. They have activities. The rooms are nice, the showers, the bathroom, everything that she needs is nice. When I went in at the time, I think they were doing some games or some artwork.

Cleaning of the room was done sporadically. As a family member, I would go in and change sheets for my loved one. Trash would be overflowing. Patients were given meal choices each day, which was wonderful for renal/diabetic patients. Wound care was not done on weekends, even with doctors' orders for daily wound care dressing. 2nd shift nursing Monday- Friday was by far the most competent we experienced. If you are not able to visit the resident regularly, I would not recommend this placement.

The Waterton Inn was using nursing home rooms for their assisted living. The room was a single room with a bathroom. The person who toured me was good. The place itself was clean. The dining area was very clean, too. Their physical therapy room was appropriate for what it was supposed to be. The Waterton Inn was really a nursing home that they were calling assisted living. They need bigger assisted living rooms instead of using the nursing home rooms. There were people for assisted living in the nursing homes, and they were using the real assisted living for private pay.

This is the most unorganized assisted living facility i have ever been to. First of all, you see different caregivers every time you go up there. I did a background check on every name I got and most have a bad background. I dont know about you but i do not want untrustworthy people taking care of my loved one. The staff is very ghetto even management. I do not see how this business is still running.

My aunt chose to go to MSHC The Waterton Inn. It was a smaller-sized care facility, and it had an extremely lovely interior. The units just had everything that we were looking for, like a living room and a separate bedroom. It was very nice, and the people were nice. We ate lunch there, and it was excellent, very tasty, flavorful, and not bland. We were very pleased. The main lady was as nice as she could be. I really enjoyed meeting her.
