Our mother has been at Grace Residential Care for 2 years now. If I could rate the care, love, and attention to detail the team at Grace provides to our mother and their other patients, I would rate them a “10”. The team is led by an amazing nurse named Lidia, who takes a personal interest in each individual under the care of her staff. We often receive pictures of our mother making crafts, attending special events, and sitting in the garden. At Grace, the team promotes family first values and friendships to ensure everyone is involved in the patients wel-being. My mother has lived at Grace for nearly 3 years. It is a light and bright space with outdoor options. The staff have always been caring and I am always up to date on my mother’s condition. They were amazing thru 2020 and kept my mother and others safe. The food is prepared in the kitchen where residents can access coffee and any other needs. Her bedroom is clean and bright. They will take care of everything and help set up med delivery , supply delivery etc. I am able to travel and live my life knowing she is safe and well taken care of when I am out of town. In normal times they have bingo and other entertainment piano, guitar various activities and a podiatrist and hairdresser who visit. If I text I receive a quick response. The staff are always helpful. The size of the facility is perfect and staff to resident ratio is one of the best around.

The rooms are large, very clean and lovely with bright windows looking out to the lovely courtyard. The staff is very caring and competent, always listening to any concerns or special needs. The residents enjoy bingo, music, outdoor outings, and birthday parties among other things.

The owner and staff are very caring of all patients and their families. Lidia responds to any questions I may have regarding my mother’s health and well being. I travel from out of town to see my mom and she is accommodating with safe visits with my mom. My mother celebrated her 100th birthday at Grace Residential. It was very special.

My parents both lived at Grace and the environment was like that of home. The staff was not only kind and compassionate they started to feel like family. I highly recommend anyone looking for care for their parents/grandparents to Grace.
