My husband is at Heritage Creek Assisted Living. It's brand new. It's fabulous, and it's terrific. The people are wonderful. They're caring and loving. It's privately owned. The facility is beautiful. It looks like they've never been used. They keep it immaculate. There's no smell. The food is terrific. I have no problems with them. Sometimes my husband participates in activities and sometimes he won't, so it's up to him. But they have activities. They have movie nights, arts, bingo, games, and physical exercise. My husband has a living room, bedroom, and a huge bathroom. He has no kitchen, but he has a refrigerator and a sink.

I just want people to know that I had to admit a dear friend of mine to this wonderful facility, its very clean, well staffed, who are friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. It took her a while to get used to her new surroundings, but all in all she's getting used to her new home. I visit her at least 2-3 times a week & that usually means that I take her out to lunch, massages, pedicures & bring her to my home for visits or just driving to tour around town She has a one room studio apartment with her own bathroom. Its very cute & pleasant & the staff cleans her room & does their laundry. Doesn't matter what capacity their staff member falls into, whether its the Director, CNA, Mgt or cook, they treat their residents with respect & very caring towards each individual that I've witnessed while visiting Heritage Creek facility. I can honestly say that each one of their staff members are truly an Ambassador of Heritage Creek

Heritage Creek Assisted Living was very nice. The customer service lady was super nice and gave us a tour. It was modern and it felt very homey, but we didn't spend as much time there.

Heritage Creek Assisted Living is my top two community from among those we saw. It's really nice, but because it's so nice it's also pricey. I love the dining area. I like the way that the tenants can roam around. They have 24-hour staff members, and its two nurses per room. They have things for the residents like bingo, movies, and they go to Walmart in their own vans. They also load their residents up and drive them to the parks, shopping, and so on. There's an actual in-house theater, which is nice, and they have yoga or workouts. The person who gave us the tour was great.

My mother is at Heritage Creek. They have a baby grand piano there that my mother can play. I have eaten there a couple of times, and the food was good as a visitor. I like the care that they give Mom. Everybody is friendly and caring. They would call you by name. They meet you one time, and they know you. I like that Mom likes it.

My father loves Heritage Creek Assisted Living. We liked it because it's owned by one person and not by a company.
