Buckner Westminster Place has been really great. They really take care of my parents, and they keep having a lot of activities for them. Their apartment is very nice and they like it. They have bingo and lots of other things; they have something going on all the time. For Easter, they had to go find Easter eggs, and they put out a big Easter bunny, one of those that you color very finely upon the wall. They have a big family room, a theater, and a big craft area where they play bingo and work on puzzles.

I liked Buckner Westminster Place, but it's too expensive for me. It offered everything that I wanted. It accepted pets, it had covered parking for my car and it had all the meals and light housekeeping. I liked the lady during the tour. She was nice. The receptionist was nice too. There was a group of ladies having bible study. The main thing that impressed me was the closet space. The ones I've looked at had more closet space than the rest of them, and they had laminate floors instead of carpeting. With my two dogs, I don't want carpeting.

Buckner Westminster Place was very large, very nice, and clean. The apartment was very large to me and convenient. The staff who assisted us was very kind. The dining area was very nice, very large, cozy, and looked very comfortable.

I toured Buckner Westminster Place yesterday. The facility was very neat. It was very clean and it was spacious. There was a lot of room in the living areas and the dining areas. The people there seemed to be happy. The facility was in great shape. The staff was visual, courteous, and I was impressed that they stuck to COVID guidelines as far as masks. It was hard to find the first time, as far as access, you can get in and out any time you need.

We toured Buckner Westminster Place for my friend, and it was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were beautiful, and the place was very clean. The people that showed us around were very, very informative. They offered other places for us to look at that might be more suitable for us and even called an appointment to see another place because they didn't have anything available at that time. They were just very helpful. It's very, very well maintained and very good.

The advantage that Buckner Westminster Place have would be that they are a 100% care facility. In other words, they have assisted, independent, memory care, and nursing care. They have certified nurses on staff. Also there is no deposit required at Buckner because it is a not-for-profit organization. The staff members were phenomenal. They're fantastic. The place was very nice.

They feed the clients processed food. The staff steals from the clients. The staff is under qualified. Supposed to be one of the better facilities in town worry about my friends safety.

Buckner Westminster Place was very large, but it's not as new as the other places we visited. It's excellent. They had a movie room, salon, jewelry making, a craft room, and church. They're a little more faith-based than the others. The rooms were older. Not all of them had been remodeled, but they were nice enough.

Buckner Westminster Place was full. They had no vacancy, but we took a small tour. It had a lot of faith-based amenities like church, and our mother would have enjoyed that.

Buckner Westminster has been around for awhile, is well established, and has a great reputation as a community. The rooms we moved into were all remodeled, very nice, and a good size. They also adjust things for you, which we really like. The people are ecstatic to live there. We were able to visit with the activities director; they have activities every day and go out to dinner, bed and breakfast visits, or field trips every week and have good transportation. They take them anywhere, anytime. They wait for Mom and bring her back.

Buckner Westminster Place is a 19-year-old facility, but it is first class in every way. It has independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. It has beautiful grounds and fountains and is very upscale with many amenities included in the fee.

Buckner was entirely too expensive but very nice. It was a newer facility. They do have a lot of services, but some of those services she didn’t need. It wasn’t a good fit for her.

I’m excited to move to Buckner Westminster Place. My daughter lives in Longview so it’s close to her. It’s a really nice place. It looked clean and good. I don’t need their service yet because I will stay in their retirement home. The food was good and the rooms were fine. They have all kinds of stuff. Everybody was so happy there, that made the big difference.
