My father received wonderful care in the men's home. It boiled down to the competence and attention from the staff. They truly get to know the residents and do their best to attend to their specific needs and wants. The facility is VERY clean, which we appreciated as his previous residence was not. The low ratios and hard-working caregivers are the keys to this home's success. I am particularly grateful to the respect and consideration my father received from his primary caregiver, Peter. Although we also very much appreciated the other facility staff, David (wonderful sense of humor) and Samantha (always cleaning). They provide good meals although my father was really limited in what he could chew.

If you love the person you are needed a good place for DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!! The staff is rude and definitely do not trust Mike the owner, he quoted me one price and then said there would be an additional 600.00 a month for assistance eating and that I had to buy a leather recliner for my mother or they would leave her in bed all day. This place is terrible I moved my mother after 2 days and Mike refused to refund my deposit and kept most of the money. There are much better places!

My mother is in 4 Seasons Senior Living Lewisville I. We chose it because it's close to my home. It's a house. She's been there for two months now. The place is nice. The room is nice. Everything is nice, but maybe the workers are not communicating with each other. Information is not being given correctly to each other. She's handicapped, and she's in a wheelchair. She gets what she pays for. She has a room by herself, and she has a bathroom connected to her room. The food was OK until now, and she likes it. I think everything is OK for my mom. There are facilities that have more activities and have more fun; but for my mom, this one is OK. For a normal person walking, this place is not a good one for them. It's affordable, and it's good for my mom's situation.

My mother is in 4 Seasons Senior Living Lewisville I. It's more of a house. It's a smaller community, and I think I liked the fact that it's a little more homey that way. There are some people there who I thought were in hospice, some fully functioning, and some hanging out in the living room watching TV. She seems to like that facility. The staff have been really great; any questions I have they answered. She has a private room, and they have three-to-four residents. It is renovated, and they just repainted the one she's in now. They had one lady who played one-on-one with the residents. She'll play bingo with them. Mom is bedridden, so they were going to send her into her room to find out what kind of things she like to play, and they were going to play with her one-on-one. So they try to keep them lively and going. I've seen some of the meals they've given her, and they're pretty good. I would've eaten them myself.
