My 87 year old mother lives here and has for over 10 years. The elevators are constantly broken. She lives on the 2nd floor and is basically a prisoner in her home unless we come to visit or someone is nice enough to send the elevator down. It's hard and since she's lived there so long, her friends are there. Moving is not an option. But someone needs to know. Most the time she can't even go to the activities as the elevators in both buildings are broke. They refuse to take money off her apartment bill even though they haven't provided what was promised.

Great environment for my mom. She has lots to do and people to visit. New maintenance man takes care of everything quick as a flash. Mom loves it here! Thank you Donna and Gloria for making her so happy.

I have lived here at Wentworth 9 months. I love the friendly tenants, entertainment if you want and amenities (pool, library, exercise room, kitchen and even a hairdresser) since we are freed up a little from COVID, we have had karaoke, gorgeous grandma day, birthday bingo etc. We also have a new maintenance man, who is the best! I give Wentworth 5 stars.

My mother is very comfortable at Wentworth Senior Apartments. Everybody was very nice and caring. She's all moved in and she enjoys it. They have bingo, bible study, sewing, knitting, crocheting, a library, a workout center, a beauty salon, and card games. They do not furnish the food. We take care of her food and her medications. They've been great so far. The staff has been very helpful getting her situated. They have a beautiful clubhouse and a pool, her room is great, and it's easy getting in and out to visit.

The maintenance repair is terrible. It takes up to 1-2 months for repairs to be completed. Residents aren't allowed to use resident portal. All, including on walkers and in wheelchairs must get to the office and fill out paperwork for maintenance request and do it again if request not repaired the first time. The resident portal is set up to take requests.

My parent have lived there less than a year and every major appliance has had issues except the microwave. They always make my parent feel as if they are at fault for their cheap sub-standard appliances.

My sister has passed but she was staying at the Wentworth apartment before and she was very happy there. It's an apartment complex for seniors that don't have assisted living types of services. It is a fantastic place; they've got beautiful apartments. The manager is very, very helpful in terms of providing home help and extra services for the seniors. It's a very nice community, and offers a really good experience for the people living there.
