Fountainwood at Lake Houston is very fancy pansy. It is very nice. It is a newer than the other facility. They provide three meals, but no snacks. And they have cleaning services once every two weeks. The apartments are large and very nice. There are lights coming in. They have lots of windows and kitchen areas with stoves and refrigerators. We had lunch there and it was very good.

We chose them. Generally, all the staff were fantastic. The places are all very clean. The thing that impressed us about it was that it was bright and airy. I guess it's because it's new. The facility was large. They had parking. The apartments were bright and had good flooring. The areas like bedrooms and the living area had a nice, tight carpet. There were people playing cards and chess. Some people lay around the swimming pool. It is like a full-service resort. They have a big swimming pool area, a library, game rooms, and pool tables. They have a very beautiful dining room. The kitchen staff is on duty full-time. If you wake up at 10:00 at night or too early in the morning and you're hungry, you go in there and they'll fix you something, which was nice. We ate lunch there, and the food was delicious. It was fantastic. There's a balcony that overlooks the pool. The balcony is large enough that I can sit out there, read a paper, and enjoy it.

It looked like a nice hotel. It was fully furnished. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. They followed up a few times and sent me more information. They offer meal options as an addition. The amenities seemed all right. They have a lot of stuff.

I live here, and I think it couldn't be any better. The food is good, the room is beautiful, and I love the place. They're very friendly and very helpful. There are games like bingo, meditation, exercise classes, and just all kinds of stuff. I like the people and the atmosphere. It's light, bright, and just so very different from where I used to before.
