The Skilled Nursing section of Park Manor has been a good experience during a difficult time. The staff has treated my mother with dignity and kindness. The physical therapists and occupational therapists really motivate her to work hard, and get stronger so she can go back home. The Wound Care has been excellent. The admin staff has been very responsive as well. Mother loves their food as well.

Great PT/OT. Did everything possible to work with my loved one. Had good communication with nursing which I appreciated. We have been here before. It's not the first time they have returned my loved one to me when I felt so defeated. I appreciate the support and help. I think COVID made it hard, but the protocols seemed good to me which was a relief.

I don’t recommend this place to no one. My mom has been here for more than 2 weeks and this place is horrible and bathroom was unclean and a stinking health hazard. The toilet was not flushing for 8 days Multiple work orders were requested according to staff. On the morning of the 8th day it was fixed. There are many occasions when there is no response when you push the call button. My mother has sat in soiled poop for one day for two hours and the next day for three hours. When she would go to therapy they would leave her sitting in her wheelchair for hours unattended. She would ask to put back in her room and they would tell her to tell the nurse and the nurse would say the therapist had to put her back so it would be a back and forth thing until someone would decide who would do it! She would sit there in pain knowing she has dislocated disc in her back. She has a roommate who uses the bedpan so the staff would dump her poop and urine in a toilet that is not working and stinking up the whole room. The toilet was disgusting and poop was also on the toilet seat I’ve complained for a week and no one ever come in fix it or clean up the poop from the toilet until now but it stayed like that for a week which is very unsanitary! This place doesn’t work as a team and there’s lack of communication here as well don’t get me wrong I have met a few really great staff members but what good is that if no one is on the same page and works together as a team and help the elderly here. We had to put a clock in my moms room when she first came in so she’ll know how long it takes to assist her If you decide to put your love one here make sure you put up a clock in their room and keep track of everything.

My brother died there in less than 2 weeks because nobody would listen, he had all evidence he had the c virus but nobody would listen to him. Medical personnel never saw him or check him.

The hallways are extremely loud and disruptive. There's an extreme need for noise monitors in the hallways. The noise in the hallways is so annoying, as if no one cares. It's a job without respect for the patients. When my loved one became a patient, not a single nurse or aide gave directions for many things, no instructions tions for laundry, bathing. I visited five days in a row; no bathing. No complaining, it goes nowhere. Forget any help, they aren't there to provide care. Their mission certainly is not followed. Nor is there any care many patients.

This place goes over and beyond the call of duty. My brother was in this rehab facility and he got the best therapy and the doctors found out he needed stints done, to help the blood flow and that was done before he was allowed to come home. He was sent home with scheduled therapy sessions and is still doing great.

Park Manor of Humble is undergoing physical renovations/updates and they look great! Their team is friendly and very caring. Patients seem happy and well-cared for. Everyone has a smile on their face when you walk through the door.Very impressed with how everyone is smiling and ready to assist when you walk through the door.

This place has come along way. My mom been in there for six months now and they take get care of her. Yet, I had concerns of the cleaniness. Now I must admit the place use to smell and was dirty. Now with the new housekeeping manager (don't know her name) the place smells great and spotless. Thanks for bringing the place up to par and thanks for taking great care of my mom.

We had my mother-in-law at Park Manor of Humble before we put her back home. It was dirty. They did not take care of her nor give her her medications. They left her in dirty diapers constantly and didn't feed her. She had to be coached to eat, and they did not do that for her unless we hired a sitter that would help her eat. I have negative reviews for them. The staff was lacking in caring for not only her but other patients. We saw no activities, but they said they had them. She never participated in them. They didn't take her down there. They're just lacking in compassion. They care about their job and that's it. There were feces all over her bathroom, the toilet, and around her bed; I have pictures of that. That place is not going to get a good recommendation from me. The food looked appetizing, but they did not feed it to her. We had to pay $3,000 a month plus $500 a week for a sitter, so someone could be there when we weren't. She was there for three weeks.

My husband went into Park Manor of Humble on August 12 and was released to finally come home to me on September 25. I thought it was very adequate, nice, and very clean, and for what was needed, his room was fine. It wasn’t anything posh, but he got food, care, and a lot of good physical therapy. The reason for the 3 stars is because of their consistent inability to give him his proper medication. I had to be there at all times to make sure that the medication they were giving him was the correct dosages. That was the one thing that was terrible, plus they gave him sugary food when he was on a diabetic diet. I was down there 12 hours a day just to protect my husband. The dosages would change every day, and they kept making mistakes with it. I pretty much stayed there from 5:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. every single day to protect him. They were nice people who meant well, but it was difficult.

My mother is in Park Manor of Humble, and I would not recommend this place. They don’t hire caring and compassionate people. I’ve had several care meetings with them for my mother on issues that needed to be taken care of and they still aren’t being taken care of and nothing has changed. For five months, I begged and pleaded. They need to hire more aides to assist at night time. After the care meetings that I had, the nutritionist, the social worker, and the director of nursing are just not following through.

In 2008 Park Manor. Of Humble was a prestine place for residents. Over the years it has been dwindling in service. There is no regard for residents on the late shifts because of the quailty of the employees they hire. The nursing home would be a better place if the administrator cared about the right things the residents instead of how to give bonuses to the undeserved. The quailty of food is ground beef made into so many different ways that a person never gets to eat anything else. Let's. Not talk about when the administrator has a meeting they are required to feed them the best food. But the residents are stuck with eat ing cold food and more ground beef. Breakfast always cold. Lunch maybe at room temperature. Dinner in ground beef covered in gravy soup and sandwich that is surpose to sustain the resident from 5pm to 8am the following morning.
