West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation have a very nice environment. It's a nursing home but it seems very homey and very welcoming. The staff is really nice and very caring. It's super clean and they don't have any issues with the maintenance. Everything is painted and spic and span. They just don't have a lot of available availability for my dad. They're very hospitable. The staff that we met, like the nurses, seemed to know what they were talking about during the tour. They were very knowledgeable and very caring. They also got a good ratio of nurses to residents. They're not new, but the upkeep is done very well.

We would like to place on record our deepest appreciation and grateful thanks, for the outstanding devotion, great nursing ability, amazing help of the care that all the staff at West Oaks Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center showed our father. Everyone contributed to making his last months as comfortable as possible. Naturally we were saddened at his passing, but we know he was at peace and died with grace. We know our father appreciated all that was done to help him spend his last days in comfort and free of pain and we will be forever grateful to you all. We only ever saw him treated with respect, dignity, deep concern and kindness. Knowing our father was in such good hands brought a sense of peace to our entire family. Thank you all, it meant a great deal to know he was in such kind and capable hands, we will never forget your kindness, and you will remain a part of our loving memory of our father. My father is staying at a healthcare facility called West Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. We chose this center because of its location. They also seem very accommodating to me. The administrators are very responsive; however, my father has a lot of complaints about their CNAs' response time. I don't have a lot of experience with nursing homes, but as a whole, this one looks pretty nice to me and they did have some CNAs there that my father gets along with pretty well. What I like best about it is the fact that I don't hear from them very much.
