It's been a month since I lived at Tarrington Court and I can see that it's a nice community. I chose it because of the amenities that I can gain with the facility. The staff is good. Since it's a new facility, they are just now getting activities going on.

I am on a waiting list for Tarrington Court. The rooms are lovely one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments and villas. The price is adjusted based on your income. They have nice dining rooms and a beautiful outside pool.

I rate this a zero the Management & residents I do not like. The place was nice when i first moved here . The place is nice on the outside but don't let looks fool you.Cheap Build.I don't get in with any activity they have because everyone trys to find out your business I have had several complaints about this place so I would call Corporate. Couldn't ever get no answer & no return call back so be careful if interested in living here.it sounds good when manager talks to you but.

A friend of mine rented a unit there sometime ago and everything was extremely nice. The friendly/helpful staff (who no longer work there) let them know that they were not the originators of this infestation and this is where it gets strange and that their apartment was one of many that had been infested after they climbed from inside the walls into their apartment. Now, after having them wait for an answer for their decision over a month of when/how much, they're expecting her to pay the costs of the eradication which is more than substantial. These bugs are in everything from the bed to the sofas and have even decided to make the trip to my home where I live. I'm dealing with them as best I can using remedies found at Home Depot for a fraction of the cost of what they're asking them to pay. There's no telling what costs they will ask you to cover to and they (the complex) should have to cover the costs themselves. Do Not Rent Here!!!
