My husband lives at Trinity Oaks of Pearland. I love that most of the people working there have been there for 10+ years, and there's a lot of camaraderie, and they know the residents in a way that you can't if you've just worked there a year or so. These are people with history and they're very caring. They've been super supportive of my husband as he struggles to learn his way from his apartment to the dining room and that kind of thing. I just can't think of a single thing about this community that I don't admire. They do a really great job. My husband wasn't eating real food before he moved there, only milk and snacks. I hoped that being in a group setting would encourage him to eat, and it worked. Now, he's eating more, which I find excellent. The building is older and it shows signs sometimes of buildings like that, but that's not a turnoff for me. As far as cleanliness, there's no lingering smells of either disinfectant or urine. So, as far as I'm concerned, they're doing a great job. I know on their activity schedule there's a lot going on. I've seen people watching movies, playing dominoes, playing cards, and playing bingo. But my husband doesn't participate in any of that because of his memory.

I was very impressed with Trinity Oaks Of Pearland. It was very comfortable looking. There were lots of places. There were large areas and smaller rooms where people were playing cards or playing games. They had a lot of activities going on. They have a newsletter and a nice dining area, and then I toured the rooms and they were very nice. It was a good place. The facilities looked very good. They were very clean and well-kept. Everybody in the area that was walking around seemed to be smiling and happy. I didn't try the food, but I got their menu and it was excellent. If you don't want something off the menu, they also have a la carte items for people that just want something different, which I thought was very nice. The lady who gave me the tour was in charge of marketing, but she knew the residents there. They all said hello and everybody seemed to be very friendly and knowledgeable.

I visited Trinity Oaks of Pearland. The best about them is they have a big memorial wall for veterans and I am a veteran, so that kind of hit a pretty good nerve for me, and I appreciated that very much. The room was very clean and very upkept. They had a bed and some furniture and it gave me a good idea of how my furniture could fit in if I had chosen them. The staff was excellent, very well trained, and knowledgeable. They knew all the ins and outs and answered all my questions.

Trinity Oaks of Pearland was fantastic. It was amazing. My recommendation for my aunt was to go to this facility and they would have been a very good solution for her. The staff there was amazing. It was very bright and clean and it was a fantastic option. I would go there myself if I were at that age. The facility was more than adequate. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, organized, and the facility itself was immaculate and offered a lot of amenities. They work with you on pricing and they're extremely professional. I viewed the one-bedroom apartments, but I think they had multiple floor plans to choose from. They had transportation to field trips and cultural interests that keep their residents busy. They have a very large church next door and programs in relation to the church. They also offer a laundry service. They allow pets, they do pet services such as grooming and washing, they have a salon service, they also have a library and a lot of activities that are organized like two or three a day for different groups. When I was there, I saw that people were participating in those activities and it was very well run. They have a dining room but you can also have the food delivered to your room.

I visited Trinity Oaks of Pearland. It just wasn't affordable; that's the problem. I saw a one-bedroom, and it was spacious and clean. They have a library and a recreation room; they are special. The family dining room is very nice. I saw some crafts going on that looked very intriguing. I had a very nice lunch; it was excellent. They have a courtyard and a place to go walking or maybe sit on a bench.

I chose Trinity Oaks of Pearland because everything is all included, like your rent, utilities, TV, and everything -- including food. It's a combination of assisted living and independent living, and I'm living on the independent living side. Their food is a problem; they use a third-party supplier, and it's generally too heavy in sodium. They have a big turnover with the staff. When they have adequate staff I would rate them a "four." There are a lot of residents, but I don't associate with any of them. They have all kinds of games they play, but I'm not into that. The facility is a good layout, but it's overly priced, and you have to be a millionaire to live here. The only thing it's really close to is the pharmacy and the ATM. The outdoor view is limited. They have what they call an "exercise class," but I don't go to it because I didn't think it was going to be much.

The staff at Trinity Oaks of Pearland was very good. The apartments were very nice. Everything seemed very good, and it's reasonably priced. The dining area was very nice. It's a really convenient location. It's close to my gym, and there's a lot of things around. It would be a very nice place to stay.

Trinity Oaks of Pearland has a very active activity calendar and my mom likes the way the place looks. Everybody's very friendly and it's only five minutes from my house. The rooms are clean and spacious, and we liked the layout. The staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The food is good, and Mom likes it. They have lots of choices and you can always get a hamburger or a banana. They have exercise classes, church services every morning, people come in and play music, they have bingo, and dominoes. They have independent and assisted living, but no nursing care. The pricing is very reasonable.

As both a contractor and guest of Trinity Oaks I can attest to their commitment to excellence in their field. The personal relationships between staff and residents speak volumes. It’s been my privilege to work with them and see their organization on both a personal and professional level. I would definitely recommend any prospective resident giving them due consideration

We find the Trinity Oaks Of Pearland to be good. The facilities are fine. The location meets our needs. We were impressed. The staff members were very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions. Trinity Oaks Of Pearland is not a brand-new place, but they do a pretty good job of maintaining it. It is perfectly fine. They have transportation to take residents to various places, i.e., shopping and doctor's. They have planned activities, too. When we were there, they had some entertainment. Residents came by and were singing. I'm quite happy with what they offer.

Never, ever place your relative or friends in this facility. The atmosphere is dreary...the place is dirty...and the staff is uncaring. The administrator is inexperienced and will Not Return Phone Calls. After my mother became ill, it was difficult to get additional assistance for her. Cornerstone took over a few months ago and the pace immediately went downhill but did I mention the rates went up. My mother passed away in this facility and I received a call yesterday that I have to pay an additional 30 day rent because we did not give a 30 day notice so the 30 days begins at her death. Unbelievable!!!

My family has been really happy with Trinity Oaks. It is a small enough facility that it's not overwhelming to residents. The staff is friendly and Regene, the new director, is absolutely amazing! It's been a blessing that my family and I know that our mom is in good hands at Trinity Oaks.

This place has really gone downhill since Cornerstone took over. The food is really bad. The executive director is inexperienced and doesn't seem to be concerned about issues or correcting problems. The staff has always been great but many are leaving. The new staff aren't near as friendly as the old ones are/were. Such a shame. This place used to be so amazing.

Trinity Oaks Of Pearland is excellent, and the only problem is that the food is not very good. The room is always very clean, and my mom got it all to herself. They clean it once a week, and the halls are clean. The staff is excellent.

Trinity Oaks was very nice and clean. They have doctors in there, transportation was provided, and they have regular seated activities, exercises, games, and social gatherings. The rooms were all pretty much standard size. The residents were happy there and were having a good time. The tour was very good.

The place that we chose for my mother-in-law is Trinity Oaks. She has been there for over a month now. The facility is really nice and very clean. It is also all in one level. The place is immaculate and the environment is homey. Their central area is like a very nice big living room. What sold me to it right away was their director. When we checked my mother-in-law there, she just made us feel very comfortable. She treated us like normal people. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They have a very good system there for checking on their residents. They do seem to make an effort to have some kind of entertainment during the week. There is something everyday like somebody would be playing the piano, etc., and the people there are very friendly. My mother-in-law is in a one-bedroom apartment that is really nice. For someone that has come from a four-bedroom house, it is like her own world. She has a little kitchen not that she has to use it, but it is more like a homey environment. For some reason, that was one of the things that is important to her, that she could make herself a cup of coffee or something. Even their studio apartments have a sink or a kitchen cabinet. And we like that.
