Being at Rambling Oaks for nearly 2 months, I can only say it was a very good experience for me to recover from my fall. The Therapists worked very hard with me and always complemented me of my progress. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The premises were always clean and tidy, no unpleasant smell, and everybody had a smile on their faces. Sharay, was so kind to me and brought me my first cup of coffee of the day as soon as I was awake even before breakfast was coming. She knew I loved that first cup as soon as I woke up. I highly recommend Ramling Oaks Courtyard to recover from any Surgery or Rehabilitation, it is the place to get well again. Edith

My mother has moved into Rambling Oaks Courtyard Assisted Living Residence. I visited it several times before I took my mom to visit, and I spoke with almost every resident who was there in the cafeteria. Everyone is happy. The food is fabulous. The staff is so friendly and my mother's room is huge. She has an outside door to an outside patio so she can have her dog. It's wonderful. In terms of the staff members, they're friendly, they're engaging, and they're helpful. They know everyone's name and they're very good. They have fabulous food. They have it restaurant style, so there's a big menu that they can pick several things from. It's four pages so they can pick anything they want, but they also have daily specials, and it's open all day. So from seven in the morning till nine at night, you can get your food. They have dining times, but if you don't want to go during dining time, you can get your food any other time. They have just completely renovated the place. They've repainted everything. It's as clean as it can be. It smells fabulous. And they come into mom's room every week and vacuum and clean it. They do her laundry, and they do her bed. It's really well-kept and very, very nice. They have activities all the time, Monday through Saturday. They don't have anything on Sundays necessarily. But there are games, bingo, social activities, group karaoke, ice cream socials, and a movie day on Saturday. They have something going on all the time. It's very expensive, but I think they all are. Compared to the other things I looked at, it was more expensive, but it was better than everything.

This Facility is Great to have your Love one's, with big rooms, But Only do to the Personal care Attendant's and the great job they do. Especially Maria she's a Great Asset to this Company her charisma, Loyalty, Love, and Respect towards Everyone that walks in this building, My Mother and my Friend's mother and most of the Residents just Love her, She's been there for more than i can Remember, I hope that Management knows How Great of a Employees they have and how hard they work with long hours and still managed to have a smile I Love that they get to go out to eat and go shopping one's a week, and have a beauty saloon within the premises. They exercise and play games almost everyday the Food is ok, Decorations for all Occasions, Birthdays celebrations every month the only thing that i see is not having enough employees or Attendant's for all the Residents, I keep seeing different faces most of the time, Except for Maria we just Love her and hope she'll stay for a long time Please dont Ever Let her go. She's the Exemple of a Real Care Attendant, Responsible treats everyone with so much Love and Respect.

My mother is in the assisted living portion of Rambling Oaks Courtyard Assisted Living Residence. It's very clean. She was in their skilled nursing before, so we became familiar with how things run. They did a great job over there. The level where she's at now meets her needs perfectly. The food is really good and we have no complaints there, so we're very happy. She settled in perfectly. She has some home health coming in right now because they don't offer any of that. Their price was maybe on the lower end, but right in line with several places at around $3,200, and then you pay for your level of care. The one thing I was not prepared for was the extra $1,200 on top of what they charge me per month. They've done a great job with my mom and she's real happy with the food. The cleanliness and maintenance is good.

My mother-in-law is at Rambling Oaks. It's fantastic, but it's pricey. She gets excellent care. When she needs them, the staff is there within seconds. The food is extraordinary, and she's eating good. It's just everything about the place, the things that they offer, and the things that they make available that they can do. They even have a beauty shop there. There's nothing wrong with the place at all. The staff is excellent. They provide transportation, they take them out shopping, they take them out to eat once a week at different restaurants, and they will take you somewhere that you need to go as long as it's not a long way away. In-house, they have an activities director that works full time, so it seems like just about every day she's got something going on. She'll have crafts, or the play games, and she does parties for them too. There are a lot of things available for them and they have a monthly calendar that tells you everything that's going on every day. They get the kids in to play the piano and sing. She coordinates a lot of events. They have scheduled movies as well.

We went to visit the Rambling Oaks Courtyard assisted living facility since we happened to be in the vicinity looking at other places to consider for my brother's friend. The grounds looked well tended and maintained, with plenty of nice trees and shrubs. Residents enjoy nicely decorated and lovely furnished community rooms where they can watch movies, read, engage in arts and crafts, play games and gather for their many social events and parties. The private areas were nicely decorated and personalized for the residents and it was clear that they enjoy their surroundings a great deal. The communal areas were nicely designed with easy to access furniture and a comforting decor. There were plenty of nice areas for quiet time as well as socializing with other residents and friends, family and other visitors. The dining rooms included both casual and formal options. Their menus offer a variety of healthy food options. The food we saw looked nutritious, delicious and smelled really good, too. We also liked that they encourage drinking plenty of fluids for healthy hydration each day. The snacks also looked interesting and healthy with a nice mix of nutritious options. The residents are encouraged to enjoy physical activity as much as possible. They may take exercise classes such as yoga and aerobics, or use the weight training and other equipment. They also enjoy the outer walk ways around the building and courtyard. The facility is close enough to the main metro area so that residents may enjoy all of the local events, art, culture, music, shopping and fine and casual dining offered. The residents were treated with care, kindness and respect so that they are very well cared for at all times.
