I have moved into Estates at Shiloh. It's nice and quiet, and they have a lot of activities that we can do. They have a movie night, a gym, and a swimming pool. They even have a little computer room where you can go in and use the computer. The people working there are really helpful. It is independent, so you can order food from places and cook your own food any day. The room and the living room are nice and spacious, and the kitchen is nice. We have activities that we pretty much do every weekend, and we have a movie night every Thursday. There's plenty of parking. The value for the money is really good, it's nicely priced.

This is worst place to live. This place couldn’t be further from good. They manager is never here and staff is very rude and there are so many people living here that shouldn’t be here. There are drugs here the people on the property and prostitutes and never passes a day that you don’t find drug paraphernalia on the grounds. This place is for 55 and up and the people that live here very young and so many people living here and there’s not enough parking places. People are arguing over the parking places. And there’s a smell of marijuana. Everywhere. If you love your parents or grandparents don’t let them move here.

Estates at Shiloh is very nice, I was impressed. They're opening up another building, but they've got 65 on the waiting list. Jordan was the one I talked to, and she was very helpful. The facility is great. The apartments are big, spacious, and brand new. It's easy to get in and out of. I have no complaints; it was a nice property. The price wasn't bad either. They don't provide meals. The layout was well-planned, it was a nice place. They have a little workout room and a sitting area out there for guests. The atmosphere is nice, relaxed, and casual.

I liked everything about Estates at Shiloh. It was nice, but I just couldn't afford it. The kitchen and the living room were nice. I could get my sleeping sofa in there and my recliner. The bedroom was big enough and they had a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen as well as a microwave. The managers were good. I liked it because it was gated. I liked the location of where it was, too. They have little stores around and a dollar store right on the corner. I'm familiar with that area and it was close to the freeway. The lady explained everything to me. It was really clean and the people were well-mannered.

I will be moving to Estates at Shiloh in July. They were just built last September and it's brand-new. It's for people 55 and older and I've been there in person to fill up all my paperwork, and everything. It was nice out there. The people are so sweet and it's really clean. They have 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. They also have elevators. I was looking it up online, and it said it was newly built so I went out to look at their 2-bedroom apartments. I liked how they were set up. There were separate bedrooms, and everything was brand-new. I loved the colors, everything matched from the refrigerators, and ice makers, and the stoves were electric. They were 2-bedroom apartments with 2 full baths and a big walk-in closet. They also had a big patio and full-sized washer and dryers in them. The staff was patient and great with me. They had a place where you can get coffee and popcorn while you watch TV. They had an exercise room and a pool too. It was just great. It was what I was looking for in a place. They don't cook for you. I didn't see anybody cooking and if they did, maybe it was at a different time. I know that in the morning they have donuts and stuff sitting there. I went in the morning and they said you can come by and eat if you want. It's for the people coming in and the residents. Some of the people there came down to eat while I was there.

I toured Estates At Shiloh and I liked the apartment. It was spacious and it was a decent price for what you get. I was getting ready to fill out the application, but the staff showed me the apartment and we walked around. She explained to me everything that the apartment had and the amenities. Then, we went back to the office, and I began the paperwork. They have a microwave, a washer-dryer room, and plenty of storage space. They had an iron in the kitchen area, too. They have nice patios and storage on the patios as well. They also have elevators. It's a nice layout. I didn't look in the back, but the lady told me they have a pool. They also have a laundry room and a fitness room. They show movies and have movie nights. The staff was friendly. It looks nice.

I liked Estates at Shiloh. It looked really nice, but I'm not happy with the location that it's in. The staff was nice and gave me the information that I needed. She told me to check back with them at the end of June because that way they would know whose lease was coming up and who was gonna do what. They gave me a booklet with everything that was going on there. The properties were really nice, and it is what I was looking for. I just don't like the neighborhood. They have an exercise room and a movie theater.

I moved into Estates at Shiloh. The location is pretty good. I like it because it's 55 and up. They have a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and laundry rooms. It's independent living. They don't serve you food. They've got very good staff. This is a new construction. They have a room with the treadmill and bikes, and I really like that.

I went to Estates at Shiloh. They were understaffed, but it was pretty. The place that we saw was really, really nice, but extremely small. It didn't have enough living area for me. The tour was really quick and a little rushed as if we were on an assembly line. I wasn't in a hurry, but the person who was showing us seemed to be. You didn't have time to just stay in and visualize, but that's just me. I think whenever you're going to a place and you're looking for a place to live and the place is empty, you try to visualize where you could put stuff and what you would have to get rid of. I needed more time. I didn't think they gave enough time. I was given some information to read, but I didn't read it yet. There seemed to have been lots of things offered, but I didn't witness any of it because it was rushed. We only got to see the two-bedroom that they had available for viewing and that was it. We went to the leasing office. There were only two people in their leasing place, and it seemed very busy. I waited 30 minutes before I had to go and touch a person. They were understaffed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, but it was just a matter of not being taken care of. We were there before the appointment time and had to wait as if we were invisible. Everybody was busy doing something. There weren't enough people to take care of the people. Several people needed their service and I can't blame them for that. Everybody's understaffed and it seemed like that everywhere. They were very nice and very pleasant, but it took a while for us to get taken care of, and then once we did get to be taken to the tour, it was very quick, not even 10 minutes. The facility was beautiful and well kept. Everybody was nice including the people in and out that you would see doing other things like pickup and delivery. It was very, very attractive, but the tour was rushed and that's not good. When a person is putting their lives in your hands, I think they deserve more than 10 minutes.

Estates at Shiloh was fabulous. It's a very lovely community. I love the atmosphere when I walked into the building. It was nice, calming, and quiet. The lady that helped us when we went in there was very helpful and very nice. I just like the community. The fitness center was nice. Everything that I've seen in the apartment complex was nice. The entrance of the complex had a little seating area. It's like a clubhouse, so if you wanted to go in there and sit and have a cup of coffee or something like that, you could, and it was right in front of the fitness center.

I toured the Estates at Shiloh. The staff is very, very friendly, and very nice. Everybody was nice. I'm hoping and praying to move in there. They had a little snack in their little opening, but I haven't had any food there. The snacks were good. They looked like fruit, you know, bananas, oranges, chips, soda, and a little cheese.

The rooms were kind of dated. The place could use some updating, but everything was functional and worked. The atmosphere was very pleasant and very welcoming. The staff and the residents all seemed very caring. I liked that everything was on the same floor, so it's easy access. It's an older area, so there were a lot of trees and a lot of nature. It's very pretty and peaceful.

It is really great, and I like them. They're very nice people, and I love it here. The people at the office care about the people who live here, which is good. I have a very nice, little studio, which I like very much. There's a lot of little squirrels, rabbits, and birds out there. They have good activities, but people just don't show up.

It is not a bad place. It needs a little bit of updating here and there, but other than that, it's a nice place. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. My father-in-law has his own kitchen in his apartment. He goes on Walmart trips, and they have coffee in the morning. He moved in last May.

It is pretty nice and quiet. It would be a good place to take up residency. The location is fine. The dining room wasn't extravagant like other facilities, but it was fine, and the bill was a little smaller. The staff was very helpful.

I was impressed with it. The facility looked really nice. The people looked like they were well-cared for, and management was very helpful. Their dining room looked clean and up to date, and there didn’t seem to be anything wrong with the dining area.
