Tender Hearts is an excellent facility providing care for one of my family members. I love this facility and the staff! i visit frequently and i am satisfied that my loved one is receiving excellent care. The staff members are attentive, informative and concerned. I am notified of any any situations concerning my loved one. immediatly. Although it is not a "new" structure, it more than meets the needs of my loved one. Rooms are spacious and easily accessible. The facility is ALWAYS clean and the meals are freshly prepared each day and delicious! I love that it is a small facility with sufficient patient/staff ratio so no one is neglected or overlooked. Residents are encouraged to be as active as they care to be! Walking, swimming and some group activities are also encouraged.

There is no harder task than to find a place that was right for my dad. Fortunately I found the the right place at Previously Chateau Woodlands now Tender Hearts, the first thing I noticed when I approached the door was fresh baked cookies. I was screened when I walked in and noticed that the staff was wearing their mask, I was prescreened and asked to fill out a survey. It seems different from other other places that I visited, the resident's are not forced to do anything that they don't want. I've been to places to tour and noticed that activities started as I walked into the door and residents complaining that they want to relax and Tender Hearts that can watch TV and do activities when they want. It looks comfortable and beautiful that the residents get to decorate their rooms like they want. The staff is loving and kind, there's 2 staff on every shift, and the owner is on site. The food menu is awesome it's Cheese Hamburgers, Ribs, Meat Loaf, Spaghetti, Pork Loin, Beef Roast and more with all the trimmings. I'm thankful for the warming staff, cleanliness, family area away from the other residents and they can have 14 residents which they can get more love, care and attention. Medications logs are regulated by a RN that was very impressive and knowledgeable. They have a licensed beautician / barber that can make sure their well groomed. I was reassured that if anything changes I'll get an email if I didn't answer the phone, which would be better for me. They have passion for residents in providing the best possible care for people with multi-life challenges like dementia, hospice and many more, I know that my dad will be in a great place , he told me he feels like he's already home. Very reasonable prices for semi-private and private. Thanks In Advance, Cal

I didn't like Chateau Woodlands. It was a hospice-type facility. They didn't have anything to do besides sit around and watch TV. The space itself was dark. There wasn't enough light coming in to make you optimistic. It's a house, and they had a tiny swimming pool right in the middle. It's OK if you're in hospice or in a nursing home. They seemed to have a competent nursing staff. I was impressed with the nurse and what she knew.
