The rooms are designed for both function and beauty. The kitchen has great storage and an updated look. The bathroom is large and well designed for wheelchair accessibility. The overall decor is decorative and soothing. Best of all, the staff goes above and beyond for keeping the residents and their family members well attended too. I am most grateful that my parents are living here.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care my husband, Patrick (Paddy), received at Avanti. The nursing staff was always on hand, attending to his needs with warmth and grace, making what was a difficult time for us much more bearable. The atmosphere at Avanti truly felt like a home away from home, allowing Patrick, our family, and me to experience a sense of peace during our visits. Before choosing Avanti, I toured many nursing homes, but none measured up to the level of care and comfort that Avanti provided. The apartment-style accommodation was perfect, offering the option for me to stay overnight and even allowing our puppy to visit with easy access to the enclosed garden. The other residents made Paddy feel welcomed and at home from day one. One of the many highlights for Patrick was the daily happy hour, which always brought a smile to his face. The professionalism and warmth of Valerie, who ensured that every detail was attended to with care, further confirmed that we had made the right choice. Even during challenging times, such as Hurricane Beryl when many lost power, Avanti maintained their services seamlessly, ensuring the safety and comfort of all residents. In all, Avanti was the perfect place for Patrick during his final days, and I will forever be grateful for the extraordinary care he received. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with the utmost respect and compassion, Avanti is undoubtedly the best choice.

We were able to tour Avanti Senior Living at Vision Park. It was our second choice for my mother-in-law. It was a lot smaller. The activity room and dining area were a lot smaller than where she is now. They were also pricier. We just didn't like the space and the building itself. It would have been harder for her to walk to the dining area from the room. I really liked their staff. I saw the residents all in a small area watching TV. They said they had activities, like painting, games, and stuff, but I didn't see any going on the day I toured. They are located close to places, like The Woodlands.

Avanti is a hidden jewel in The Woodlands. I have been looking for a place for my husband that actually cares about the people. I had searched for almost a year and could not find anything to my liking. Then I found Avanti at Vision Park with the best staff, food, activities, management, exercise, and so much more. This place is beautiful as are the people and the employees. If I could give a 10 for rating, it would not be high enough. If you care about your loved one, you would be lucky to get a room at Avanti Vision Park. It is truly a loving home away from home! My husband is so happy which I had so much guilt before and now I know I made the right decision. This is all because of how everyone there makes you feel like family and so loved! This has been a gift from God.

Been visiting Avanti Vision park with my loved one living here for over a year. The staff have been kind, loving and helpful. Food is good like anywhere has good and bad days. The management team are always helping and responsive. This is the the best move we made and love everyone here. It’s sad to see disgruntled and false accusations when this place has been a God Send. God Bless

I have a family friend that I visit quite regularly, 2 times a week, and I am always impressed with how attentive the staff and the management are to their seniors. The place always smells good, not like other places, and the residents always look nice, showered and new clothes. I have been in another ALZ unit where it smelled like urine, their clothes had food stuck to it and hair was matted. If there ever is an issue, they are prompt to correct it. Like a missing jacket and they immediately knew who had it. You can tell they care, and I have seen the Executive Director visiting with the seniors and taking care of them too which says a lot! I normally don't write reviews, but after seeing the ones on here, I knew I needed too. I asked my friends if they are happy that their dad is at Avanti, they said Yes, they are extremely happy. They moved their dad from another memory care facility to this one because they were not taking care of him, and they are very happy now. He now gets all his meals and snacks and is involved with their fitness instructor who teaches many classes a day with them. When I talk to other families too, they are happy as well! I would move my parents in here if they needed it.

I know selecting a facility to care for your mom, dad, wife, or whomever is very difficult. It was for me. You are making a very serious decision and search for any bit of information to help you make your decision. Please believe me when I say that HERE is where you need to put your loved one. If they are still around when it's my turn you can park me here. God Bless to you all who are reading this in search for the best place for your family. I am retired and spent a bunch of time all day at the facility with my dad and have stayed overnight with dad when he was very ill. My dad nothing less than outstanding care.

This location needs to be shut down. My dad was neglected and ignored for the two months he was there. He was blind and partially paralyzed. We had no access to his room. It was locked and I could hear him screaming my name as a rounded the corner more times than I care to remember. They admitted my dad when they had no valid license. It was a nightmare. The Nursing Director was appalling. Elizabeth. The executive director should be fired today. There is a whole pony show when you are considering to come there, but you better have a family member able to do everything on their own and not need any assistance. The financial person, Lori, has no idea what is going on. Our checks were "lost", but in her drawer the whole time. This place is a joke because of the management. Under NO circumstances, put your family member here. I turned them into the state.

Frequent staff changes at the top - or no one except people on call while they are trying to hire new people and not keeping enough staff seemed to cause quite a few problems while my mom was there. There seemed to never be enough staff to meet the needs of the residents or keep the rooms clean. They seemed to have good, caring staff during COVID so we had to trust they were doing a good job since we couldn't go in. After things loosened up and we were able to go in, the staff changed (the administrative staff and nurse left) once again. There was no one leading activities in the memory care area, food went down hill and the rooms were not being kept clean. The care assistants frequently told me they were understaffed. In my case, they had a group of residents in the TV room, several who were known to be difficult with only one staff member. The other staff member had stepped out to do laundry. My mom was supposed to be walk assist per her care plan, but because the care assistants were busy - one with laundry and the other with a difficult resident, she was allowed to leave and walk by herself. (This was told to me by their care assistant.) She fell, broke her hip and never recovered. During the time by mom was in skilled nursing after the fall, I would come over to get clothing and other items. The whole time she was gone (and at that time they didn't know when or if she was coming back) they never cleaned her room or her bathroom. There was dried feces on her toilet when I moved her things out over a month after her fall that had been there the day she fell or before...

We went to Avanti Senior Living at Vision Park, and I found them to be very unhelpful. From what I saw, it looked very nice, but the person we were speaking to was extremely unhelpful. They had outings, beauty salon, and things like that. They were just very abrupt and they did not seem to have willingness to accommodate anything in particular, which was very different from any other community I've spoken to.

HORRIBLE - just horrible. This is before COVID so please don't make any concessions for that. The place is physically beautiful and that's where it all stops. The director and nurse are not easy to work with - lots of excuses of why things don't get done. There is no follow up and frankly - if there is no follow up, it comes across as simply not caring. So many times you will hear "we don't have the staff". I fell sorry for the families that don't know any of this is going on. Don't bother calling the home office b/c nobody there will even respond to your calls/emails. It is all about the money. This place is all about appearances but there is no substance. Meds aren't given as they are supposed to be and excuses are made and non-answers are given. There have been many health code violations so make sure to check your state website. Please do lot of research before you put a loved one in this place. There are so many other places that will be so much better and create such less heartache. As soon as we can, we are moving my aunt out!

Avanti Senior Living at Vision Park reminded me of a fancy hotel. The apartments were kind of small compared to the other places I have visited. The staff who gave me the tour was great and the activities looked good. There was an exercise class going on while I was there and it sounded like they had a lot of activities, they just don't fit my mom very well. She likes bingo and those kinds of activities, but in this community, they have things like cheese and wine tasting and my mom says it's too fancy for her taste. The cost was also a little bit high. The person who assisted me was awesome and the place itself was very clean.

I recently took a tour of Avanti at Vision Park with my mother. Beautiful place! It was like a community within a community if that makes sense. The staff was so friendly, the art décor was beautiful, and we could not believe all of the amenities they offered. There was a salon, massage place, fitness place, fine dining, an arts/crafts studio, and the memory care location was unique. Oh, and the food. It was so fresh and delicious like a 5-star restaurant. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and had a great view. The residents enjoyed watching TV, drinking wine, and socializing. There's a courtyard where residents can relax. The staff walked us around and answered any questions we had. Very knowledgable, polite, and understanding. The memory care wing was designed specifically for residents that have dementia. The walls, decor, lighting, and hallways help residents not to get lost. The food was fresh and not processed. If they didn't have something, they would make it. I would definitely recommend Avanti for anyone who has a loved one that needs help. If you feel overwhelmed, Avanti has what you need.

The people were nice at Avanti. The dining rooms were very nice too. However, the staff's attitude was a little funny. They seemed quite rushed. It just wasn't a pleasant experience. I wasn't pleased with the community. The layout was OK, but nothing stood out. The apartments were nothing outstanding.

I visited a friend of mine at Avanti Senior Living at Vision Park. It's a real nice place. They have assisted living and they have memory care too. It's new and it's up-to-date. The people are really nice there. My friend is in a little apartment, and she has her own living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. She has a little patio, and she's in one of the ones that has enclosed areas, so if the dogs get away they can't get out. They have a place where we could go play cards. She had her 80th birthday over there and they had a big outside party for her. They made sandwiches for her party and they were good. They have different things there. They have a beauty shop and a spa for massages. The decor is very nice. They have a nice dining room and a dividing wall that's open at the top, and they have a TV and some tables where people go and work on puzzles or play cards, whatever they want to do. They have exercises. The staff has been very nice.

Avanti Senior Living at Vision Park was very nice, and they have a studio 1-bedroom kind of thing, but it's actually very nice. They have the bathroom separate from the bedroom with a sliding door so it saves room, and they have a walk-in shower; it's just beautiful. One thing that I really liked was they had a lot of activities and exercising. They have a beautiful dining room. Because it was assisted living, they had different ages. It was new, so everything was clean and fresh. They had a lot of nursing care available, and they had transportation where you could get on a van and go on trips. It's very nice. I met a man who has a masters in health, exercise, and yoga and he's very nice. He knew a lot about each one of his residents. They have a gym with mats and little weights, an art room, and a room for technical or computer stuff. I was very impressed. Price is a bit high, but they did have a special where they were giving away medicine management for 3 months which was good. The place was brand spanking new and beautiful, and it would be definitely worth it. When you walk in, you have to sign in, there's only one entrance, and there are no outside patios. In order to get outside, you have to go a certain way. It's like a big circle, but there's no way that they can get out or anybody could get in without a certain entrance. There's an alarm, and there are 3 buttons for someone to get help if they needed help.
