I recently moved my mother into the Gardens of Bellaire. The facility has a more vibrant and "homey" feel to it relative to other places I visited. The apartment was clean with good natural light. The staff was top notch. I needed to move my mom on short notice and the staff, Cherlaine in particular, helped me in expediting the process. All staff that I interacted with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every time I visited there were ongoing activities with the residents in the main living room. I visited with several residents, and all were happy. There is also a nice screen porch and outdoor gardens. My wife just returned from visiting my mom and she feels the same way.

My dad is at the Gardens of Bellaire. It had a homey feel. It felt more personal and not so institutionalized. The staff members are personable and attentive. They offer bingo. They have chair exercises and happy hours. They have a range of activities. The place is spotless and always smells very nice.

Cherlaine was amazingly professional and helpful to our family as we moved a loved one into the Gardens of Bellaire. She made the very involved admissions process smooth and efficient. Five star service! All the staff is friendly and caring and my family is extremely pleased with the Gardens of Bellaire.

Overall, The Gardens of Bellaire was nice, clean, and well-maintained. There were residents out and about. I think it's a different kind of level of the facility, but it was nice and well-maintained. The staff who gave me the tour was knowledgeable and helpful, and she answered all of my questions. The rooms were smaller than the other ones, but they were nice and clean. We didn't try the food, but the dining area was a nice little clean dining area. They were playing cards or something like that, but there wasn't as much going on at the time that I went. I know they had a calendar of activities that were packed with all different types of activities.

The Gardens of Bellaire was fine. I only looked at the two smallest apartments and they were extremely small. I was looking for something a little bit bigger. The facility was fine and the lady was very nice to me. From what she described, there were adequate activities. The place was clean, the people were pleasant, but I wasn't as impressed by it as the other place. It just wasn't what I was looking for.

The staff at The Gardens of Bellaire is incredibly nice and dependable, they're a very patient staff. It's incredibly clean. They're doing the best they can under the circumstances with the virus to help the families stay involved even though we're kind of not allowed in. I've enjoyed getting to know them. It's a possibility for staying forever, so we'll just have to see.

We became acquainted with The Gardens when Mom suffered mini strokes and could not walk. I found the rehab center within The Gardens and, quite frankly, feel that the medical care, concern, and kindness brought Mom back to us. The mini strokes moved her lifestyle requirements to needing memory care. It was not a hard decision to make when The Gardens opened their Memory Care Unit! Mom and Dad were reviewed and accepted. We, as a family, are so happy with everything everyone at The Gardens is doing for Mom and Dad. You will not find the medical expertise/care, concern, or loving touch that you will receive here, anywhere else. Yes, it is our opinion, but we feel that strongly about it. If you or your loved ones need a safe and loving assisted, nursing, or memory care place to live... don't overlook The Gardens at Bellaire.

I’ve been to The Gardens of Bellaire to visit people. It seemed very small, so you didn’t have much room, but it also seemed like a really nice place that mainly cares for people with physical problems. The rooms were a little like hospital rooms and the ones that I saw didn’t have kitchens; just mainly rooms you stay in while you sleep, so I haven’t seen the real living part of it. I didn’t have any contact with the staff and didn’t see that much of it. A lot of the people I know have used it, and they all seemed fairly pleased.

Dad stayed for two weeks at the Gardens of Bellaire. It was really convenient, the nurses and staff were really nice, and had everything you would want. The staff had a great attitude and was attentive to my father.

The Gardens of Bellaire was one of the facilities I visited. This was more for people that needed a lot of assistance. The people working there were just absolutely excellent. They were very nice. I liked them. To me, it was a very nice place. The atmosphere was very nice.

I can't say enough about how sweet everyone is here. This is the place, The Gardens of Bellaire is kept spotlessly clean. Everyone does their job and doesn't complain. I love the food. 98% of the time you would say this was a great dinner. I really do enjoy living here. I really am lucky to be so close to my church and living here. I love everybody! On a scale of 1 to 5 I rate this place a 6!

We visited this facility at December, and it was very good. The staff at The Gardens of Bellaire was very helpful and very attentive. It is a very good experience. They have a rehab facility, and they have activities for the people. They have daily readings, rehab, and speech therapy. It was well kept. The place has a home feel. It made a good homey atmosphere, and it didn't feel like a hospital setting.

Brighton Gardens of Bellaire have got really good facilities, really good staff, very high rating, but they don't have memory care. In some instances that would be something that is not really a problem, but in my case it is. My mom's got dementia. It was smaller, but they've got some beautiful gardens, some beautiful rooms, and separate apartments for assisted living residents and the nursing area, but it is not exclusive that people from the nursing area can't go to the other one. They just kind of leave that open for their ability to get from one place to the other or their desire as to where they'll have their meals. They have more dedicated physical therapists and people who have been there for many, many years. It was my first choice because it is only three miles from my house, except they have no memory care.

I visited The Gardens of Bellaire. It was a nice facility and a good environment. Everybody was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were nice and seemed to be clean and well-ventilated but needed upgrading. They had some activities. However, it was too far away.

Very nice facilities. Clean, and everyone seemed to have the level of care they needed. The rooms seemed nice and sufficiently large, and I never felt uncomfortable while visiting the site. I only saw the food once or twice, but it appeared well-prepared, and there were no complaints from a slightly-picky diabetic vegetarian. The grounds provided nice outdoors facilities, and those who needed/requested organized activities had that option available. The site is also within proximity of an active synagogue and several churches, for those who desired, and are able to attend religious services.Proximity was a strong reason this site was chosen, as myself (and other visitors) throughout the city could reach the site easily and quickly. Closer family had access whenever necessary and/or requested.I do not know about the expense, but I have since heard that it was on the upper end. Overall, I would rate this a positive location, with only a handful of possible concerns.
