Be very careful when visiting prior to signing a lease. Look closely at the stairwells (filthy), the pool is ALWAYS shut down by the city. Never are all elevators working at the same time. The staff is very rude and tend to treat most residents as if they were children. Not a good value for the money -

Don't do it! Staff is unresponsive and unreliable. Maintenance issues linger for weeks and often require more than one request. People under 55 are being allowed to move in. Included breakfast is a joke... single serve cereal and milk, a cold (previously frozen) pastry. If you are lucky you can get a soggy sausage patty on a biscuit. Not many stay for long.

I have moved into Larkspur at Twin Creeks. I'm very happy. Everybody's very friendly. Everything is fantastic. I love it here. The apartments are spacious enough for what I want, and they're more than willing to accommodate and help us out in whatever. It's independent living, and that's what I like about it. My apartment is spacious. Everything is there. The appliances are nice. They've got a lot of little programs for different things that you want. I just haven't had time to attend, but I plan on attending them. They got a hair salon here and everything. They got everything. It's everything I ever needed. They're fantastic people. They would do anything to help you. They offer breakfast in the morning, coffee, and something. They don't cook; they bring it in. Since I normally don't do a big breakfast anyway, they offer to do little field trips to the different restaurants around here. They have happy hour, which is always fun to chat with the ladies. They have entertainment, too.

We went to Larkspur at Twin Creeks. It felt like the amenities were kind of in the middle of the road. I felt that the land, the area around it seemed limited, and the park and the community space that they referred to online was not part of their property. It was part of an adjacent public space that residents could go to, but it wasn't actually within their grounds. The apartment was fine, I mean, it was average. The pool area was fine, they're just kind of in the middle of the road. The thing that deterred us other than the distance from where we live was there was nothing close to the residents' area that they could get to. So it's kind of isolated.

Larkspur at Twin Creeks was really nice. The only reason we didn't chose a place there was because the only unit they had was too small for us. We want a large floor plan, and they didn't have one. It was a really nice, big place. They've been there since 2018. It was in a good location. They have an excellent staff there, but the unit was just too small. They have all the amenities. I really like that place. We saw their activities schedule for the month of May, and it was really full. They have a lot of activities there. The staff was excellent; she was really good.

My mother is currently in Larkspur at Twin Creeks, and it's pretty new. It's very clean, there's a lot of the people who are running it, and they are really good. She's very happy there. Pre-COVID, they had a lot of activities, and they had a full schedule. They have breakfasts and the staff are pretty responsive to her needs. They're very clean, and they keep the place well taken care of. There's a lot of restaurants, shopping, and stuff right around the corner. For me, personally, I like it because I live close by, so it's good to have my mom there.

Wonderful place to live. Great floor plans, clean, new and updated appliances. There are many activities for all. Staff very friendly and helpful. So nice to have so much to do by just walking out your door. The staff work very hard to make this a great place to live. Fitness classes are offered, full weight room, heated outdoor pool, access to BBQ grill. We love living here and anything you would need or want is in this wonderful community.

Larkspur at Twin Creeks is very well-appointed and nice. The apartments are a good size, and the amenities are great. The staff is very nice and helpful. They create a very pleasant atmosphere. They offer a continental breakfast. My parents have only been living there for a week, but they've used the gym and participated in social time.

Larkspur at Twin Creeks' staff was really nice, awesome, and friendly. When we walked in, we saw the cafeteria, and a lot of the residents were playing cards, talking to each other, and it seemed that they were happy. The place looked really good and brand new.
