My mom is in assisted living at Providence Place of Mt. Juliet Senior Living Community. It was very clean. The staff is fine. I haven't tried the food, but my mom likes it. Activities are pretty limited. They have bingo, they have people come in that sing, and they do their hair and their nails. We're getting what we're paying for. The regular rooms for single people are pretty small like they are on all levels, but she was lucky enough to get a two-bedroom, so she's got plenty of room. The staff is fine but like everywhere else, they're short-staffed.

I toured Providence Place of Mt. Juliet Senior Living Community. It was very clean and they had very good amenities. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. It was fairly new when I toured it. It was very inviting. They had a very ample dining area and a good-sized room with a bedroom, bath, and kitchen. The courtyard was good-sized and grassy.

My father was in Providence Place of Mt. Juliet. They were very caring, clean, and the dining was good. They stayed on top of things. The staff was very helpful in a lot of ways, and they take care of him. When they were in the COVID and all, they were serving more sandwiches, and they were having to deliver to the rooms. The facility was very well groomed and clean. He didn't get to use everything, but the cost was still the same.

Providence Place has the best facility for the price. They have a lot of activities like people would come in and perform musicals, and they play Bingo. My mother has only been there for a week. They have a nurse practitioner that comes by, and if there is something more serious then she goes to the doctor. The staff has done a good job.

My mom is already in assisted living at Providence Place. She likes it there because she feels safe and secure. She likes the interaction with other people who are her age. If you ask her, she feels safe there. Basically, I like it because she’s happy there. I like their staff. I think they have been really good. My dad and mom moved there together first, and then my dad passed away a couple months after they moved in. They both really liked it there, and I just like the care she gets. I think the staff is very caring. I think it’s a homier, down-to-earth place. I don’t think it’s something that’s totally fancy. My mom was a farmer’s wife, and this is a very charming place for her.

Province Place is excellent. The staff is excellent. My mom has been there about a month now. She is enjoying it. Everything is like what we want it to be. The food is good. The neighborhood is very inviting and there is a park as well.

Both my grandparents were residents of this facility. The facility was always clean and the staff was kind.I never once doubted the safety of the two most loving people in my life. They had a hard time acccepting the move, but once they lived there, they quickly made friends with all the activities they scheduled. I also liked the on site salon, so my grandmother could keep up appearances.Overall I would definately recommend this place to someone who has a loved one and is struggling with whether or not to have them move into a place like this. It eventually did turn into their "home". They had no shame with people visiting. The place was always nice and when the small children visited. they loved the large cage of finches that was the centerpiece of the receing room. They also regularly had music there and people that could play their piano in the receiving room.

This facility was very clean and the staff very polite and professinal. On one occasion I walked into the facility and saw all the patients having a ball listening to music and dancing. One lady said she felt right at home in this facility, dancing made her feel young. The care givers were right there with them the whole time. Everyone that I was seeing in the facility was extremely satisfied with the care and clean. The were changed promptly if they were soiled. This was one of the most pleasant visits I have made to a facility.
