My apartment is excellent and so is the cleaning and laundry service. The range of activities keeps me as busy as I want to be. I am currently in my first book club and enjoying it very much. The staff has been helpful in getting me acclimated to my new home.

Vitality Living Hendersonville was nice because it's very open and spacious. Out of all of the units that I went to, this by far was the most sort of living space for the residents in the common areas and I think that those kind of make a difference. There was lots of natural light due to their courtyards that have big open window banks and the courtyard is contained in the memory unit so it's not like they can get out through there. It has a little bit of a hospital feel, which would be kind of negative, but it is nice. The cleanliness was good. While I was there (it might have just been due to the time or they were maybe in the middle of a shift changeover or something), I didn't talk to any of the orderlies there. It was just the sales manager. Vitality Living Hendersonville is sort of a dual purpose, They have assisted living and memory care units so it's my understanding that although everybody on the campus is accredited to work with memory care residents, they're not full-time on that. They do shifts and I don't know if that's good or bad. As far as staff is concerned, I don't doubt that these people are good at their jobs, it's just that there's a point of insecurity in that. They also had two cafeterias which seemed well attended to.

It is excellent. The staff provides excellent care to my mom and they're very attentive to her. They have bingo, trivia, and she likes the theater that they have there, and their dining room. They also keep her room very clean. They empty the trash every day and they do well with that. I've eaten with her twice already and the food was good. They've got choices. The residents are really helpful when someone new comes in. They all reach out to make that person feel very comfortable. They're very kind and I appreciate that so much.

It was exceptional. Their amenities are fabulous. They are welcoming. They have followed up with me a million times. I'm already on their email list to get daily activities, and I wish my mother could go there. I really do. The staff is excellent, the facilities, they offer so much. They had about the most offerings of activities. The residents were so engaged, they were watching movies, they were doing programming and exercising, and they were all over the place. It was a Sunday afternoon. It was amazing. The tour director, Pat, was exceptional. It was close to my mother's place of worship, her church, and her physicians are there.

We chose here for my mother-in-law. It's a beautiful facility. The staff was wonderful. The dining area was pretty. I've eaten there twice, and the food was good. There were lots of amenities like transportation that we're looking forward to.

I visited and it was very, very nice. The rooms were great. The amenities were really nice. They had a lot for the residents to do, which was a plus. They were super knowledgeable and caring. They have exercise area, cold room, a bigger room, different sitting areas around the building. The façade was beautiful. The only thing I did not like was having to go downstairs on elevators/that it had so many floors.

It seems like a good place. It's a real nice and clean facility. The staff members that assisted me were very nice and their rooms were good. They were nice. They have three different sizes, one was small, and others were larger. I've seen some of their amenities. They have like a living room space where the tenants can spend time with each other and watch some television.

It was very nice, but it was not close to our children. It was very beautiful, but it did not offer everything that we wanted. The tour was very nice. The community was more like a hotel. It was very attractive. It was comfortable and welcoming; however, it lacked several things. It did not have the full kitcher or the flexible meal plans.

The room was very clean and spacious. They seemed to have a lot of activities for the residents, and they had a lot of choices for the food. It was beautiful, and they have beautiful gardens. I would recommend this community.

Mom started out here, which is just about 20 miles from my house. She has only been in there a year. A lot of my friends' parents are actually there now. It's almost full now, and they just opened last April. It's like a 5-star hotel, very nice. The staff was great. She just mixed right in and was really into the activities and crafts. She's very artsy. She likes cleaning her own room, but she eventually got to learn everybody there, got to know all the young girls who would come in and clean her room. She finally settled and let them do their thing when she realized they were just being her friends. We've not had any problems with them. They gave her a going away party when she was moving to Florida and did not want her to leave. They have a great activities director. They have games and two outings a week. They have bus tours. They do picnics when the weather is nice. I like the atmosphere and the unit itself, huge room. My mom did not have a kitchen, but the food was wonderful.

It was wonderful. They gave us wine when we went to a special event. It was an open house; they had food, they had wine, and they were very nice. They took me to the closed units, which they don’t normally do, because that’s where my mother-in-law would’ve been. That was very nice of them to do. I thought they were very professional. It was clean, and it seemed like a pleasant place to live.
