Mom moved into Harmony at Mt. Juliet. It's on the new side, so everything's nice. Everything's clean. She talks about how good the food is. So far, the staff has been good. They've got everything. They've got a library, an outdoor courtyard area, a bar area, a movie room, and multiple seating areas with TVs. They've got all kinds of activities. They have a walking group, bingo, a knitting group, and a bunch of different stuff. We got a pretty good rate and we locked in for two years. So far, value for money is pretty good.

We were pleased with Harmony at Mt. Juliet. Even the salesperson who walked us through knew the residents in the memory care and they knew her. This is a very large high-rise. It did not smell. The rooms were clean. The two drawbacks for us are that, number one, it is about an hour's drive from our home. Secondly, the rooms were down the hall and curved and my mother cannot get out by herself. They would have to go down and turn around. It wasn't a hallway that they would go down constantly. The residents were smiling, seemed happy, and seemed clean. The staff was very interactive, very caring, and upbeat. The residents seemed to love them.

I'll be moving into Harmony at Mt. Juliet. It has all the things that I need. I'm getting a 1-bedroom independent apartment and it includes one meal a day in the dining room. It's got assisted living and memory care. It's got all the different steps right there in the one facility. There's a dining hall, an exercise room, and a full-time nurse on duty. Even if you're in the independent part, you still have help available. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful with everything. The place is brand new and very clean. The food is very good. The physical therapy is right there on the premises. It's very fairly priced, as well.

Our visit to Harmony at Mt. Juliet was really good. The person who took us on a tour was knowledgeable in senior care. She seemed to care about the seniors. They knew her name. She knew their names. We toured the memory care unit and the residents there were friendly. The elderly that were there seemed to be involved in activities and not just sitting around doing nothing. Some of them were outside in the courtyard talking to each other. Some of them were in the common room and they had families in there visiting with them. They also had a bar. The rooms were small (but all memory care rooms are small), but they were set up nicely. They had a library and a place where they showed movies. It was clean and nice. It's new.

I went to Harmony at Mt. Juliet. It was a nice tour. It has like five or six stories. It was a larger complex, and it was fairly new. The staff was professional. The units were nice. They have a common area where you kind of feel like you're outside. It's a screened porch area and that was very nice. It was very nice because it was newer.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR LOVED ONE. The glossy image you receive on your tour is misleading. Often short-staffed (especially on weekends & night shift), your family member will not receive care within a reasonable amount of time. Leaving one in soiled pajamas & wet bedding ALL NIGHT is not acceptable care giving. Regardless of addressing this, among other issues (with nursing & management) & receiving assurances it would be looked into, nothing changed. Chose to remove my loved one from this facility

Harmony at Mt. Juliet was a very clean facility. When I was there, they had a group activity going on for the residents. The residents were all very clean and they seemed very happy. The staff was responsive to the patient's requests, at least while I was touring the place. They do have a chef and they have different items on the menu. They have a kitchen area that the residents can use to make cookies or food for themselves. I thought the amenities were quite complete.

My experience visiting Harmony at Mt. Juliet was wonderful. Everything from both the facilities and the staff, everyone was wonderful. At the time we went there, they were at lunch, and people were moving around. There weren't any activities going on, but they had a lot going on there, but they gave me a calendar of all the things that they do. I like this place better than the other one I saw because it's a newer building.

I toured Harmony at Mt. Juliet and it was excellent. The staff who gave me the tour was great, and the place was awesome. The amenities that they offered were excellent. The staff seemed to be friendly, and everybody was pleasant. The surroundings were cozy and comforting. The rooms were clean and carefully thought out. The kitchen and the living area were very efficient. They had crafts, local entertainment, and puzzles. They had a very tastefully laid out courtyard, a game room with shuffleboards, a TV room, a pub, and 2 dining areas. The dining areas were very clean and the tables were all set. They looked like 4-star restaurants.

Harmony at Mt. Juliet was a beautiful place. It was great. I'd do it in a heartbeat if I could afford it, but it was just way out of my price range. The staff members were very friendly. The rooms were very nice. The staff showed me one of the one-bedroom rooms, and I was impressed that it had its own washer and dryer right there. She said that there were a lot of activities where they went out and did things, like shopping trips. They have a game room, a beauty parlor, and a nice, large dining room. They had a small room with tables, like a bar where you could go and get drinks or something. While I was waiting for the lady to come and give me the tour, the woman at the desk was very helpful to different people that came in.

We visited Harmony at Mt. Juliet, and we're very pleased with it. It's one of our final two choices. It's brand new and it's like a five-star hotel, it's beautiful and well thought out. I think they have sort of everything there, and they have good personnel there. We spoke with the lady, who is probably the manager or the head. She took us on a tour, and in meeting with her in comparison to other places that we've been, she was the most knowledgeable. She was kind and considerate, and pretty much answered every question that we had. I just think she was a good fit for what she did, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and spent a lot of time with us. I didn't feel rushed or pushed or anything like that. And I felt the same way about the nurse that they sent out to assess my mother. She spent two hours with her assessment and just covered everything very thoroughly. I'm saying that because I have others to compare it to. It's a good place, and the price right now is great because they're just opening. We didn't ask for anything, but she was able to give us some price breaks on some things. It just was a good experience all the way around. They have independent and assisted, and they're also going to have memory care. Everything is handicapped accessible , they have large bathrooms, which is good for people with walkers. We saw the dining rooms. We thought it would be way out of our price range because it is such a beautiful place and they do everything, but the prices are totally competitive with other places around here, and that's important when families are looking. They might just pass them by, thinking it's beyond their financial means; they need to go check that out.

I've chosen Harmony at Mt. Juliet. It's convenient to all of my children. It's centrally located. They have the floor plan that I like, and they gave me a good deal. One meal is included. There are all kinds of amenities, like housekeeping and maintenance. Everything. They have activities, like they have a theater, they have clubs, they have meeting rooms, they have a game room, and they have an exercise room. It's brand new.

Harmony at Mt. Juliet is a beautiful place, but it's very expensive. I liked everything that I saw. It would be a comfortable place to live, and the staff seemed very attentive to their jobs. They have a variety of things for everyone to do. It's brand new, so it's very clean. It's in a good location because of its atmosphere, scenery, it's close to grocery stores, doctors, and things like that.
