I'm at American House Lebanon. The staff is caring and attentive, but they have a hard time keeping staff. The food is good. They just serve too much chicken. It's old, but it's very clean. They have bingo and biweekly trips to Wal-Mart and out for lunch. They have a large communal dining area. The courtyard is grassy with a nice well-lit path. I have an average-sized room with a kitchenette, bedroom, and bath. The atmosphere is homey and inviting.

My tour of American House Lebanon went well. What I like best is the multiple levels of care they offer especially those on chronic medication. The staff seemed very competent and genuinely concerned about their residents. The structure of the building was fine. It was clean and well maintained. I liked the layouts of the rooms. The room I was looking at was an expanded single, and I liked the way it was set up.

My mom is going to move into American House Lebanon. The staff members were really friendly. During the tour, they would pass by people and they would call them by name. Overall, the place was clean. So that's what stood out the most to me. With regards to activities, the whole lobby was filled with people, and they were participating in Valentine's celebrations. They had cupcakes and drinks. They showed me the event calendar, and it was full of stuff for them to do, so I'm hoping Mother can engage in a little bit of the activities there. I like the staff. They were friendly and cheerful. The room was clean and up-kept. They showed me one room with a bathroom.

I loved American House Lebanon. I liked it because it was smaller. It seemed more like a family. Everyone seemed to care about everybody including the staff about each other even. The place was clean and very nice. The staff that I met with was wonderful, very helpful, and accommodating. We were going to go back with my aunt and we were going to have lunch, but we did not go back because she wasn't ready to. I even met the housekeeper. The common rooms were well-appointed.

I like that American House Lebanon was bright and clean. The staff members were very open to any questions that I had. Some seniors still like to cook a little, but this facility doesn't have a kitchen in the rooms. They have a salon, a nice courtyard, and they have big windows that you could look out of. It appeared to be clean. It had very good lighting, it was bright and there appears to be a lot of little enclaves where people could go and sit or chat.

I love American House Lebanon. The staff was super nice. He took his time and showed us everything. They're right in the middle of remodeling. They're putting down new carpet, painting, and new flooring. He was showing us the old and then showing us stuff that had already been done. Anybody that goes there now is going to have to be patient because they're doing some remodeling to make it better. It was clean. There was no nasty smell. They take you into the kitchen and show you the good food that they're going to have. It was just informative. It was a really good place. We went to where my dad would go, which was locked down and it's for Alzheimer's and dementia patients. They have raised gardens and outdoor space where you can sit outside. It's really nice. They're really good there. I think anybody that goes there will like it.

The tour at American House Lebanon was very nice and very informative. We liked the place a lot. It seemed like it would be a good fit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and seemed nice. They were studios. They have an activities room, a TV room, and outside grounds. We talked to the activities director.

I liked that American House Lebanon was small. So, there's not a lot of residents and it was all one level. The staff seemed very helpful and caring. It's very clean and well-lit, too. It looked like they had several activities for the residents to participate in.

I had an in-person tour of American House Lebanon. The staff was great. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to give any information needed. It was good. The rooms were very nice. They looked like a small motel room. The facility was very nice. They are in the middle of renovations now. The grounds were nice. There was a nice veranda outside for people to go out to. I had a very positive experience, but it just wasn't for my dad. They are very short-staffed. It looks like they have a nice lounge area. I didn't see any problems with the cleanliness.

Our tour experience was good. It was really nice inside, it was clean, and from what I saw, it seemed like a really good place. The layout was nice, it was decorated nicely, the model room looked like a nice place. I didn't have any criticisms of it; I didn't see anything wrong with it. The outdoors looked nice all around, it's a good location being right at the center of town, so it's convenient. They have game nights and different activities every week, and everybody that I talked to there seemed like they were pretty happy. They also have a gym. He offered me what was offered if I wanted to try the food or anything like that, but I thought I would wait to get closer and closer to decision time.

It seemed very promising to me. I like their activity programs particularly. The staff was very helpful and very good in answering all my questions during my visit. They've got a lot of activities. They've got people helping with gardening. They've got the equipment set up so that if you want to try to do your own laundry and cooking, you can do things like that. They want to keep you as independent and active as they can. I like the look of the rooms. They're not big, but you shouldn't expect that. Hopefully, you don't expect your family members to just stay cooped up in their rooms all the time anyway. The residents were out and about. The living areas are nice. Overall, it's a nice-looking place.

It was fantastic and I thought they were an excellent facility. I saw some of the members in their rooms doing different things but there was no central activity happening at the time. The amenities were great, they have a laundry room that you could use yourself or have someone do it for you, they had rooms where the family could come in and spend time with you and they can have a party or something like that. Their cafeteria part is awesome, they had a place for music and some type of physical therapy room. We got a chance to look at the rooms. They also had a snack cart that goes from room to room twice a day, which I thought was awesome. The people were very personable, the place was clean, and it was nice. They take you to your doctor's appointments and various things like that. I thought that it was well-appointed and very nice. The staff is very concerned and compassionate people; I was impressed with the whole thing.

I like it and I like where it is located. I like that they have home-cooked meals and that they have a chef there. As regards the staff members we saw working the day that we were there, we liked the interactions that they had amongst themselves, and they got along really well, which I thought was wonderful. Also, they were attentive and caring with the patients, and that's the main thing. The facility looked fine. They were changing the floors and doing some painting, but it looked very clean, which I thought was good, and I was happy with that. They have a beauty salon; they have places to sit, visit, and have cookouts; they have singing time; and they have devotion time. They have just everything to make them feel at home, even though in memory care they may know where they are one minute, and in the next minute, they don't, so they're trying to work on that, and that's the main thing.

It is the best. We have no complaints. The care is the best. My husband's room is fine and bigger than some others. The dining area is very attractive. I've never heard any complaints from them, other than too much food. The facility is clean, too.

I went here and everything I saw was well done, it was very clean, and the people there were really nice, especially the nurse/administrator. They have a dining room, beauty shop, two areas where the patients can gather and play games, they have a physical therapy area, a nice courtyard, and a separate dining area if family wants to visit.

We really liked it. The facility was clean and nice. The decorations were very comfortable. The appearance was great. The activity director was lovely, very personable, and very compassionate. We really enjoyed meeting her. The rooms were very nice. They had housekeeping, laundry services, meals, medication reminders, and bathing help if needed. There are other services that could be added if needed. The staff was very informative, very compassionate, and very interested in our details. They got to know our parents by our description of their current condition, and they've been really great following up with us to keep a close tab on what they could do to accommodate what they needed.

My uncle went here. They had a separate facility for memory care, but it's not in the basement. He was there for 10 days, and it was totally fine. He had his own little apartment in there, and it was very nice. The staff was very helpful. They were really good about calling and letting me know what he was doing. I like them very much.
