My sister-in-law stayed at Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville. She only lived for about a week after she went there. They were very friendly and accommodating. We were pleased with how little time she was there. Her room was kind of small, but it was all she needed. She went to the worship service and played bingo. The facility seemed nice. They had a library and a movie room.

Jubilee Hills, Goodlettsville, is a great place for my mom. The staff is so patient and kind. Mom loves her room and the food. We toured several other facilities and this one was the best!!

What I liked best about Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville was that you felt welcome when you walked in the door. Everyone was nice and very sincere. It was an immaculate facility. It was clean and smelled good. Everything was new. The staff showed me an available room, and it was clean. Everything was easily accessible, like the countertop. They took time to think through how to make it comfortable and user-friendly for residents. I saw their cafeteria, and it smelled really good. I observed people eating their food. They had a variety. I saw their menu, and they were really good about considering everybody's dietary restrictions, so I thought that was cool. They get three meals and some snacks. You have a refrigerator and microwave in your room, so you can bring things in. They make sure the residents get out to get a meal. They won't allow you to just sit in your room and not eat or whatever, or they'll bring the food to you if they have to. Everybody seemed to be happy. The residents were speaking and engaged. The gentleman who gave me the tour was superb.

Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville was very nice. We like the people there. It was a nicer facility, more expensive, and further away. The staff was very friendly and very informative. She knew what she was doing and cared about the people. The facility was new and clean. They had a lot of activities.

Beautiful facility & reasonably priced. Food very mediocre and unappealing. Lockdown policies were difficult and the facility didn't do much to help this fragile population understand and cope with the isolation and loneliness. We were lucky our dad had a second floor balcony where we could see him in person during this lockdown year. Caregivers and nursing staff were amazing during my dad's last month there (he was in hospice care) before he passed away. For profit assisted living in general is not an ideal way for us to care for our loved ones.

Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville was really great, and the staff was really, really receptive. I even got to speak to the medical director. He was wonderful. I explained my mother's condition, and they really took the time to try to see if she was a fit, and what she would need to do to be a fit for their facility. I probably ranked that one of my highest that I saw. They've got a very active schedule, they do offer quite a bit for seniors, they seem to really care and be genuine. They have a salon, they have a restaurant style dining room, and they have movies.

The staff was at Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville was very sweet. The place is new, and they had a lot of options, it's a really good facility. They have a lot of options in terms of activities on every floor for their patients or residents. The staff who gave the tour was very sweet, very knowledgeable, she answered any questions that I have, and was very accommodating. We were going to have lunch and let my mom tour the facility, but we kind of missed that opportunity, but the menu looks really good. They were very clean and they have very accommodating facilities for all disabilities. Some of the rooms come with a patio, you can pay a little extra to have an actual patio in your room. They have also a family gathering-type patio in the front door. There are several areas at the front door for residents to sit outside and look around and socialize. The rooms are very spacious, very nice, and very new. They're handicapped accessible, the bathrooms are huge with step-in showers, it's very, very spacious and very nice.
