The care seems good. It seems the people that work there are very patient, and they seem to enjoy their jobs. I hear a lot of laughter -- which is a good attitude. The place is nice. The building my mom-in-law is in is set back from the road, quiet, and it is just right for her.

I toured Woodland Place Senior Living. They had like 33 people, so that appealed to me that maybe my sister would get more one-on-one care because there were not as many residents. The rooms appeared to be large enough. The room appeared to be clean. I was just pleased to see that they were out and about interacting with each other. The staff appeared very friendly. However, I still have questions for them. I want to make sure that my sister is going to get one-on-one attention. They didn't have that many amenities, but they wanted their residents to come in and eat in the dining room, and I liked that. I wanted to see my sister do that, to get up and move her body around, so I liked that.

My aunt moved into Woodland Place Senior Living. The place is nice, but I thought it would be a more up-to-date place at the price they're charging. They're supposed to keep her clean and assist her in doing a lot of things. They feed her, but if she says she doesn't want to take a bath, they won't give her a bath. They don't keep her room clean and they don't make her bed. They have private and semi-private rooms available. She has one big old room and we had to bring her own furniture over there. She has a bedroom, a living room, a TV, and her own private bath. She's got a little refrigerator, some cabinets, and a little table to sit down and eat. When I go over there they're doing some exercise. They have a library at that place.

We toured Woodland Place Senior Living. The location was fine. The staff that I met was very nice and helpful. Some of the programs that they had (and I didn't research all of them) seemed good. We toured the assisted living and the independent living. It is a really old facility, and I wasn't happy with what they offered. It wasn't what I was looking for. They could improve by doing an update to make it look more modern. It's a very old facility, and it just seemed depressing. The staff were very helpful and answered questions that I had. They have a dining area. It's not super close to a hospital. It's not too far from a mall.

It was very nice, but my sister would get confused because it had a lot of halls. She wouldn’t know which one to go to. The staff was very nice. The grounds were very good, and their location was close to where the families could go out and get whatever they needed for them.

I visited and I was pleased with the manner that they treated the people with dignity and kindness. They were caring, and they seemed sincere. The rooms had closets and a bed. I saw the activities that they had and the calendar of their events.

I know it would have met our needs. Our visit went really well. What really struck us was that the residents were quite happy and content, and it was like a community. The staff members were very friendly and nice. People asked us if they could help us and were very cordial and helpful. We had to wait a little while, but they were on top of everything, so it was really good. They took us on a tour where we actually met one of the residents. The facility was pretty typical, but everything was clean. It didn’t have a bad smell and looked really nice and clean. We were impressed.

Right now, my aunt is here. It’s very nice, and she has everything that she needs here. They have activities just about every day. If I need to give a referral to anyone, I would refer someone here; I will recommend.

Our experience was very good. We would have picked it had my dad decided to live there. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The price was comparable with others. The dining area was good.

We had a good visit. The staff was good. Everyone was friendly taking care of everyone that I saw. The director was very knowledgeable. It was lunchtime, and they were all at the lunch table getting ready to eat.

I got my relative in a memory-care unit. The activities are super. They have a bus, and they always have something going, both in the mornings and in the afternoons. The staff is very caring for the patients. The rooms are very nice, and right now they're re-tiling the whole of the rooms. They ripped the carpets out, and they put in new floor tiles, and they're tiling all of the hallways. I've eaten there numerous times, and the food was excellent. She's been there now since the middle of July.

I placed mom here. I like the layout and how my mother would have some freedom to move around indoors and out. They do have variety of activities and they take the residents out.

I have my mom here, which is just two minutes from my home. They are very accommodating and they have very caring staff. Their activities were wonderful. I like that they have some kind of activity every day to stimulate them like somebody comes and sings or paint their nails or they play bingo. Their activities director is wonderful. She encourages them and my mom looks forward to what's on the calendar. I know that takes a lot of planning and I think it is very appropriate. I eat several meals there and I think the food is very good. Their food service person is wonderful. They even give them snacks in the evening. However, I hope they change the way they give their medicine because my mom is really not happy about that. She has to leave her room and go to the medicine room, which I know is another activity for her, but that will be something I will change if I can because she wants it when they come to her room to give her medicine. Other than that, my mom is very happy there and I can't be happier.
