Mom has been a resident of this community for awhile now. I just want to say Ashley Landing is great. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent and there is always something going on for the residents to do. What I have noticed most is that it feels like a big family. Based on the price and what I am hearing people pay at other places, this is the only assisted living I would consider. They are very honest and don't trick you by bringing you in on a deal and then increasing your fees. They tell you up front and, from my experience, they stick with it. I am very pleased.

The manager at Ashley Landing was very nice and took us all around. The place was very nice and everybody was exceptionally friendly. It's not a very big place, and it's older.

After a long search around the Charleston area we found Ashley Landing. This was the best thing that could have happened for my father. The people at Ashley Landing truly care for their residents. That includes virtually everyone from senior management through the direct care staff. Ashley Landing was very willing to work with us and make our sign-up and my father’s transition as smooth as possible. They provide everything you need right on site. Their simple all-inclusive pricing was terrific and was a great relief on our mines, of what would happen as my father’s needs increased but the revenue did not. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ashley Landing to anyone needing assisted living care. Our only regret was not finding them first.

I'm very pleased with Ashley Landing Assisted Living. It is an older facility, which has its drawbacks, but the staff is great, and they meet my parents' needs. My mom is not too crazy about the food. She thinks the portions are a little small because she's a bigger woman, but overall I don't have any complaints. They're very accommodating and they're handling their medicines for them, which was a tremendous thing for me. Overall, I'm very pleased with everything they've done so far. They have Bingo, checkers, music, and some form of devotion or church site. Overall, with the service they provide, it's very good.

My mother lived at Ashley Landing. The staff is wonderful. The building is cozy and homelike. It feels like family. I always felt blessed and relieved to not have to worry about mom, even when I went out of town. This is not the fanciest assisted living, but I am confident that I made the right choice.

The inside of Ashley Landing Assisted Living was fine, clean, and neat. Outside, there needed to be some cosmetic work done. The staff was helpful. The rooms were fine, though maybe a little small. A lot of the residents were up and walking or in small groups talking or doing activities. They had an activity schedule with different events at different times.
