My father-in-law was in Paramount Senior Living, but the sad thing is that he died. It was excellent. It was specifically for dementia and Alzheimer's patients. They know how to work with those people, they know what to expect, and they are very good. He was very content there, and he was not trying to get out and break out. I thought the staff was kind, compassionate, and caring. They're also well trained, they all know how to deal, everybody, even the maintenance man knows how to deal with dementia patients, how to talk to them and to interact with them. I thought it was an excellent place. He had a private room. I thought it was wonderful, spacious, it was clean, and everything he needed. We could get visiting hours whenever he wanted. He would come out, we would be separated, social distance, and we had to fill out a form if we had a fever, or anything like that, or if we were exposed. Everybody would need to fill up this form. We needed to wear a mask, wear gloves, and wash our hands, and we talked with him for half an hour. It was very nice, 'cause he was right there, he wasn't behind a glass wall. We really saw him, and I really appreciated that. It was very easy to schedule, and they had him all ready to come out when we dropped by there.

We toured Paramount Senior Living at Cranberry. It was very nice, we really just walked through. I met one person, it was the coordinator who was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was beautiful, excellent, clean, and very well kept. It was good. The location was very close to me.

My mother is in Paramount Senior Living at Cranberry. The staff is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very aware of the individuals' needs. It is the nicest place that I visited. It is clean and there's no odor. The rooms are very nice and there are plenty of living rooms where the people can go. It's very homey. The residents rave about the food. The dining rooms are very nice because they're small, and they have several people assisting as needed. They report back to us how much my mother eats. They keep us very well informed. She goes to just about all the activities, but sometimes they don't have the television loud enough if they're watching a movie. We're very pleased with everything else about it. The staff knows every resident. It's a really good feeling when they can recognize your specific family member. They have a town square right when you walk in the doors, and they have little cafe tables, which they use all the time. They're always holding activities there. The hallway has little building facades, so it feels like you're walking down the street. It's a very nice setup. This facility only serves memory care, and it's in a circle with courtyards inside.

My father was at Paramount Senior Living at Cranberry for about a month. It was nice and I was satisfied. The only reason we left is that it is too far from our home. There was no problem with the place. Nevertheless, the community was very nice and they're very good. I was satisfied. They did good work and the staff was nice. My father's private room was very nice. They had activities during the day that he participated in. They also had movies and exercise time. He liked the food, too.

It is never easy to move a relative into senior care but the staff of Paramount do everything in their power to help make the transition easier. They couldn’t have been more understanding and supportive of the issues we faced in helping our aunt make the move. With each visit, we felt more at ease that we had made the right decision.

Paramount Senior Living at Cranberry is very good and it's where my relative is at. We're happy so far. The staff is very good. The dining area is fine, but she said the food isn't great. The staff is knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with the over-all atmosphere of Worthington At Adams. I have been to other nursing homes in the past and most of them have felt like being in a hospital in which someone has covered up the machinery with blankets and taped over any reference to medicine in order to give the establishment the facade of a regular tenement. At Worthington, the decor and environment have a genuine, warm, personal arrangement. The staff who attended the patients were generally personable and compassionate toward the residents. I did not hear any complaints from my aunt or any of the other residents about the quality of care they received. Everyone seemed to be pleased with how they were treated. I did, however, notice that some of the administrators -- those who worked in the front office greeting and directing people -- seemed irritated or inconvenienced by some of the residents, which I feel is inappropriate.I would certainly recommend Worthington At Adams to others who need to find an assisted living home for themself or a loved one.
