Its a little difficult to give a fair rating due to covid. What I can say is that since the beginning of my mother's stay there, the staff have been very helpful and by facetiming until we can start visiting, it looks like my mother is happy and content where she is. The staff have been very good with the family.

My Aunt was a resident here for a few months. I was not happy with many things, one thing is that I went to see her one day & she was soaked through her sheets & diaper !!! I had to get a nurse to change her & the sheets !!!! How long was she like that ?! Also, they put her on an anti-depressant WITHOUT letting my Mother know !!! WHY did she need to be put on an anti-depressant & WHY was my mother NOT notified of this ?! I guess they support the pharmaceutical companies !!!

No one takes accountability. If you ask a question you keep getting passed to a different person. Your question is never answered. Aides rarely come in and check on patients. When you ask a Aide to change a brief or for a cup of ice water, they act like it’s a big inconvenience. No one here wants to work. If you have a loved one in this dump, you need to be on the aids to get anything done. Also, the meals are disgusting, I wouldn’t feed the food they serve to my dog. Pt and ot is almost non existent, they come in for very short workout periods, not the time that is mandated on patient’s chart. Rooms are outdated, whole place needs a facelift.

If i could give negative stars I would. My mother in law was just here for a few weeks and in that time was sent back to the hospital twice for uncontrolled diabetes and eventually died because of it. She was clearly not being medicated appropriately. Additionally, the staff would call and tell me that she “sat herself on the ground” but “didn’t really fall” and was “completely fine”. This was clearly LIES because once we were able to see her she had visible bruises all over her body including her head (we have pictures). Given that my mother in law is on a blood thinner, this is extremely concerning. We were lied to about how she was rehabbing as well. We were told she was making progress by the nurses and now she’s wheelchair bound. There is nothing but gross negligence going on at this place. When i called to discuss my complaints with administrative staff the gentleman I talked to stated “nobody’s perfect” instead of apologizing and expressing condolences for my loss. What a disgrace.

My mother was on the first floor for rehab after having a hip replacement. My mom didn't get a shower until 5 days after being there and only after I complained. She also didn't get here BP medicine or her insulin.I then complained about her not getting her medicine on day shift. The unit manager seemed not to feel that this was a problem, she was short with me and it sounded like a circus in the background. Also the food was terrible. The aides on evening shift were rude and angry.
