I would like to say that I went to visit my great aunt, there was a small issue and I was lucky enough to be there while the head of there nursing was there, Monika- she was so kind and helpful. It made me feel like I was being listened to and validated. I feel like my aunt is in good hands . They are lucky to have an employee that has so much compassion, you dont' see that often these days. I would highly recommend this facility. The food is the only thing that is soso. The nurses are nice and helpful. The housekkepers are friendly

I was there 3 different times for a month a piece. I had to leave after 30 days cause insurance didn't want to pay for a longer stay. Their nurses and aids are all polite and very helpful. Sometimes it took a little bit for them to come to my room but they're a busy facility. The food the first and second time was not too good but the 3rd time was alot better. The therapist were good with patients and did their jobs well. Only problem I had was with the rude Obnoxious residents that wanted all the attention constantly

My friend has been in Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton since February. It's not all that good. The people are sitting in the hallway in wheelchairs, and they're doing the same thing every day. They're not trying to help them out, as far as trying to walk and stand up. My friend has a wheelchair, and they put him in there once in a while. He rolls up and down the hallway. It's not a good place as far as I know. The food is OK. With regards to the room, some of the dressers have knobs on them and some of them don't. The value for money is not that good. It's not worth it. When I got up there, the same people were sitting in the hallway or sitting in their doorway. One lady was saying, 'Mister, please help me get out of here. They're killing me,' and I was like 'Oh, my goodness.' There's not really enough staff there to help all the patients that are on that floor.

Once you get settled in and comfortable, you start adjusting and it starts feeling like home. The facility is filled with care and great people.
