The worst nursing home there is in the Philadelphia area. Nice, understand, poor quality food and unkept clients. Rooms are old and bathroom inadquate and unsafe

Golden Living was a nice place. I preferred to send my parents there. The staff was pleasant too.

The visit was great we got to see how our grandmother socializes and does different activities to keep them active. One of her favorite to play is the wii sports game. The staff here is very attentive, loving and care about the job they do. All of the facility is well maintained, all of bathrooms kept in wonderful condition as well as the hallways and living area. We are very happy with this facility.

A few years ago, my uncle, whom I was living with, began to suffer from Alzheimer's disease. As the condition progressed worse and worse, my family and I were no longer able to care for him in our home, so, we chose to place him in Stenton Hall Nursing and Convalescent Center. The facility was located close to our home, which was important to us because we were able to stop by whenever we wanted without having to go out of our way to do so. Aside from the convenience of the nursing home, we were very impressed with the staff as a whole. Naturally, my uncle was not too keen on being sent to an assisted living facility, but, the staff was able to deal with his difficultness with stride, and did not seem at all bothered by the fact that he was a bit on the difficult side. Also, as my uncle's condition got worse, he often had times using the restroom, and would sometimes use the bathroom on himself. Considering I have heard horror stories about places that would not bother to change their patients, I was impressed that every time I went to visit him, he was fresh and clean.
