Spring House is not too large and offers bus service and great social life. The food was very good. The 1-bedroom apartments were small, but it was enough for my aunt. The amenities, the sense of community -- she wasn’t alone anymore -- and the value stand out.

I toured Spring House Estates. The apartments, the food, and the accommodations were very nice. That's also a place where they had gathered up their residents to talk to you about their experiences. The gym was huge. That's where they have all their activities. They have separate rooms for arts and crafts. They have a library and a computer room, and their mail room was very nice. They have a concierge desk where they receive their packages.

Spring House Estates was a homey competent living place, and my overall impression was positive. I would recommend that others consider it as well. We were looking for independent living that would have the capability of supporting our assisted living needs in the future, and then our skilled nursing as well. The staff during the tour was very competent. The rooms were pleasant and inviting. They redecorate before each new resident. They had one to three-bedroom apartments. They had a broad range of activities from card playing, woodshop, movies, and also tours and outings. The dining room looked inviting. They invited us back and have a meal at that time.

Spring House Estates was the least expensive. I think it was one of the older ones, but it was still very nice. The apartments were maybe just a little smaller. I had lunch there, and it was very good. They didn't have a pool, but then they said you can use the pool at the YMCA without any charge (which was nice). They said it's a nice YMCA. I didn't go there, but it's a fairly new one that's nearby. They will take you there in their little shuttle, and they also use that shuttle to take you to doctor's appointments, shopping, or the train station if you want to go down to Philly. The staff was very nice. There were several people that work there who have family members living there, which I thought was impressive. One of the people in my group said one of their parents is living there too. They were happy enough with having their parents living there to consider moving there themselves, which I think says a lot. They had games, movies, a gym, and a lot of activities. It all sounded nice, interesting, and fun.

Spring House Estates' rooms were good and a good-size. They have sort of a cafeteria, which I liked, and then they have a formal dining room. The food is good, but nothing really special. The staff is wonderful and seems good, attentive, and friendly. It's the friendliest home I've ever visited. Every resident has a name tag so that you can be greeted at any time. Everybody greets everybody else. They have a library and they have a lot of activities, like movie nights and concerts.

Spring House Estates is a large place. The residents I know seem to be very happy there, and they like the security of the place.

Spring House Estates is well located, and it fits our needs. It’s a full service community, and they have a full slate of activities. It does not have a pool, but it has everything else.

I visited Spring House Estates, and I am moving in. The rooms and apartments are very nice. I am happy with what I have. They have all kinds of activities like garden clubs that you want to get involved with. They have buses that take residents to different places like supermarkets and train stations. The food is fine. They have a couple of different choices. I guess I like the layout of it. They have nice grounds.

I signed up for Springhouse Estates, and I am going to independent living. It has everything you need like dinner. The apartment comes with a kitchen, so you really don’t need breakfast and lunch. It’s a 1-bedroom, but I would suggest going for a 2-bedroom as the 1-bedroom is very small. They have a very nice staff -- attentive, right there to answer every question, and wonderful. It’s just seems like a very nice place to live, and I definitely love it. They have activities like trips and usual activities.

This place was one of the best things my mother ever did. It was perfect for her as she lived there for almost 30 years. And she did get to stay in all of their diferant wings such as assisted living and the nursing wing. All of this is there and I can tell you from many visits I always found it to be clean, operated by knowledgeable staff who liked what they did. To me this means a lot. All in all a great place.

Spring House was beautiful, the food was great and the residents seemed very happy there. This was our choice for my in laws. The accommodations were beautiful. It's an older facility but they're constantly updating what they have. The staff was excellent, very knowledgeable and willing to give you the time you need.
