Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland has been very good to my mom. Her room is very nice, with a living room and a bedroom, it's well laid out too. They have activities but she doesn't like to do many of them. She just goes to the church services sometimes. She goes to her meals but she doesn't do that much else. The staff is very nice and the food is very good. I think the value for the money is pretty good too. The outdoors has little houses or little apartments if you're not in assisted living or receiving personal care. They also keep those very nice.

Our tour experience of Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland was good. We like it. The staff who gave the tour was very knowledgeable. She was able to answer a lot of questions. The apartments were appropriately spacious. It appeared to be well maintained. We were treated to a special breakfast, and the food was good. We had a thorough tour. There were outdoor spaces, and they looked well-maintained and well-supplied with outdoor furniture.

The thing about Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland is that they only give you an hour or an hour and a quarter for the tour. The salesperson was very nice, but when I went to ask questions, she said, "Oh, we don't have time for questions. I have to get through this tour. And then I have another appointment right after," so I felt rushed. She showed me the facilities. She did what she was supposed to do as a salesperson. She did take time to explain the pricing and situation, but I didn't have a chance to ask any questions. She said, "If you want to ask questions, make a list and send it to me or make another visit, and then we'll talk about your questions," and that turned me off. She was rushed and impatient. The apartments were very nice. The facility was just lovely. I wish it had a pool. They have amazing kitchens. The salesperson took me over to the little cafe and offered me lunch. The soup was too salty. The apple pie was mushy, but the chicken sandwich was delicious. They don't have any grounds to speak of. But within the facility, there was lots of outdoor seating, which the salesperson was very proud of. They had an exercise room and rehab centers. I was a little disappointed that they did not have any memory care. They don't have buy-in, like most communities do. I have to sell my house to move into the community. But when I need to move into assisted living, my rent will not go up by much. I would have to pay extra for any specific needs.

Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland was quite nice. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and knew all the residents. They had a lot of activity with the residents while I was there. The apartment that I saw, which was a one-bedroom, was a little bit larger than I had expected. It was nice and had a lot of bright sunshine.

Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland was very, very nice. The place was lovely, and I have no complaints about it. The only problem was the price, and that was a negative for me. The staff was very nice, showed me around, and explained everything. Everything was lovely. They had a washer and dryer in each apartment. I liked that.

Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland was very nice, very clean, and all remodeled. However, we wanted a two-bedroom with a sunroom, and none of their cottages there had sunrooms. The woman that worked there with us was excellent. The dining room was very neat and very clean looking, but I don't know if it was being used because of the virus thing going around.

Our family can’t say enough good things about Wesley Enhanced Living. My mom and Dad needing to move, we went everywhere in a 10 mile radius so that we could be close to them. Most of the places were either over priced or just plain horrible. We called Jacquie eat Wesley and she met with us the next day! It is a beautiful space with lots of light and the staff and residents are so friendly! To top the excellent experience my parents moved in in March 2020, yes during COVID, Wesley was so careful and well prepared. My parents of course had to be quarantined, but they never felt like it the staff took care of everything from bringing them their delicious meals everyday to even taking out their trash. My parents have now been at Wesley Willow Grove/Hatboro for 6 months now, the community is still COVID free and my parents have never looked better. They are so happy and finally relaxed. Their long time neighbor from the house even moved into Wesley as well and is loving it. Thank you Wesley for all you do!

Wesley is elegant and very clean. The lobby area is sunny and bright, it invites you to come and sit for a while. The fireplace is a cozy addition. Wesley Upper Moreland is a very nice place. The staff are friendly and attentive. They offered one and two-bedroom units. Each apartment has its own washer & dryer tucked away and out of site, and a nice size full kitchen. There is a library and exercise area. Transportation is offered daily to the grocery store, hairdressers and drug stores. It is a very friendly community that is in an ideal area. There is a nice selection of activities for the residents.

During our initial visit we were pleased at the level of attention given by the staff. We received enough information to understand the living options that we were seeking for my mother. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The was a nice selection of activities for the residents. After looking at the apartments we were pleased to know that the fees were appropriate for the level of care needed for my mother. We were also given a sufficient amount of information regarding additional care should that become necessary at a later time. The staff was kind and considerate and showed the appropriate concern for the care of the residents.

ASSISTED LIVING AT WESLEY ENHANCED LIVING LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION; THEY DO NOTHING UNLESS YOU ASK OTHER THAN ADMINISTER MEDS WHICH THEY HAVE TO DO. I KNEW MY MOM NEVER ATE LUNCH-BUT NEVER IN ALMOST 5 YEARS DID ANYONE EVER MENTION IT TO ME. LOTS OF BS THERE AND NO FOLLOW UP AT ALL. THE FOOD IS ON THE LEVEL WITH HOSPITAL-NOT TO MENTION THEY CHARGE $16.50 ON A HOLIDAY FOR A FAMILY MEMBER WHAT A JOKE. ONLY ONE WASHER AND DRYER FOR THE ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENTS ON THE 2ND FLOOR. I MOVED MY MOM THERE ONLY BECAUSE THEY HAD A SUITE WITH 2 ROOMS WHICH IS WHAT SHE WANTED. SORRY I EVER DID, ONE ROOM IN ANOTHER PLACE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. NO REAL ACTIVITIES EXCEPT BINGO, EXERICISE-ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT COST THEM ANY MONEY. PRICE REFLECTS VALUE, A LITTLE CHEAPER THAN OTHER PLACES BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. MY MOM HAS PASSED AND I CAN NOT SAY TO HER HOW SORRY I AM THAT I MOVED HER THERE, BUT I CAN ADVISE OTHERS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. WESLEY IS ALL ABOUT MONEY, THEY EMPLOYESS ONLY DO WHAT THEY HAVE TO AND NO MORE. THIS AS LIVING DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS IN MY OPINION. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE, VERY SAD THAT IS ALL ABOUT ONLY THE MONEY NOT THE RESIDENTS.

My visit at Wesley Enhanced Living Upper Moreland was very positive and I decided to move in. They have trips. They have one- and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchen, washers and dryers, a bedroom, a dining room, a living room, and a patio. They were very nice. You get 70 meals a month and they take care of everything, including the trash. They had a van that will take you to your doctor, shopping, to the movies, or whatnot.

Wesley Enhanced was very inviting. The staff was very kind. They were full of information for us. We had a very nice tour. I thought that it was the place that I really liked of all the 3 that I saw. It was also closer to us. It was a lovely place. The room was sufficient. It was very nice. They had access to a bus, and they had a calendar of activities.

Wesley was very elegant and very clean. It was a very nice place. They offered you two-bedroom units. The girl who toured us was very informative and had a very good manner. There was a chapel. Each apartment had its own washing facility with washer & dryer. There was a library and exercise area. They also did trips. Patients who were there could go on trips once a day. They offered transportation for the area like to the grocery, market, and drug stores. It was a very large community. It was located in an ideal area. If you went in and paid your initial entrance fee, you had a monthly charge. Assisted care was very expensive.
