My husband has been staying at Greenewood Manor. Our experience has been wonderful. It's an older place with lots of antique furniture, so it's not modern. The staff has been there forever, so there's no turnover. They are attentive, pay attention, call everybody by name, speak to everybody who comes in, and appears to take very good care of the residents. There's no one in the room with my husband but he shares the bathroom with a person on the other side. The dining room is lovely and I love it. Its huge, open, and has these beautiful chandeliers. It's old, and I like old and antiques. The hallways are open and situated in a square with a courtyard in the center. There's a big TV and people watch TV. At certain times there'll be a staff person doing some sort of game with them. There's church on Sunday mornings. I'm impressed with it. The menu looks good.

My father was a rehab patient for fewer than 100 days. He received excellent care from nurses, therapists and aides. He was told by business office/administrator that he would have no out-of-pocket expenses. 7 months later, he received a bill for $10,846.00. Be wary! Get everything in writing!

Being a previous resident of Greenewood Manor, ( I was in the facility for 2 months in 2013) I found my care to be beyond my expectations. The nurses, caregivers, Drs. and staff all treated me with respect, and were very helpful. My P.T. 's were there through thick and thin... never letting me "weasel my way out" of my much needed therapy. Then when my spirits were down, the beautician would give me a haircut for a change of my outlook!! The residents were so kind to me. Everyone became, what I felt, like a friend ! The facility was clean and fresh. Now that I'm back at home, and my health has greatly improved. It's been a long time coming, but I want to tell them all Thank-You from the bottom of my heart. I know I am not the only one you have saved!!!

My wife is in Greenewood Manor, and everything is doing great so far. They're all nice people, and it's all good. She lies around in bed all day, so there's not a lot of activities, but everything has been OK. I've got no complaints.

My grandmother stayed at Greenewood and my uncle passed at Greenewood Manor. The staff is so very caring and always willing to make accommodations if needed. I will always recommend the facility to family and friends.

My mother passed away when she was at Greenwood Manor. It’s a nursing facility. She regressed; she needed full time nursing. It’s an old facility, but it was very clean. My main reason for going into it was the high nursing that I found. They were very open and contacted me if she went to the ground, fell, or something happened. They would always call me. I knew all of them except for the nighttime shift. The administrators took us in, made sure we didn’t have any questions, and continually checked in with us and checked in with my mom. The nurses knew me. I can stop in anytime of the day to keep an eye on her and made sure my mom was getting the best thing. I never had a concern about that place. The room that she was in was just her. So it’s a single room with a shared bathroom. It was right next to the nurse’s station which I like. They really check her back to the lunchroom and feed her there so she’d get out of her room because she was not mobile. One time when I was there during lunch eating with her, they were all in a circle tossing a ball back and forth. It was something for them to get moving and have some social time. They were always talking to people when they walk by and everything.
