My dad moved into the Reflections Retirement Community. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They supply their appliances. It's got a refrigerator and a small stove. It's pretty roomy. It's like a one-bedroom apartment. They have different meal plans. If you're on the independent side, you could have a meal plan, or you could choose not to if you could make your own meals. They give you a selection of what's on their main menu. They go out into the community. They also do games and puzzles. There are all kinds of activities.

I toured the Reflections Retirement Community. The staff was friendly. They were very caring and very helpful. They do have a library, and I believe they do exercise or some physical activities there. It fits our needs best because some of them are way too out of her budget.

I think Reflections Retirement Community is more what we would be looking for, for my father. The rooms and everything feel more like a home. The staff was warm and friendly. Everybody seemed friendly. They take trips once a week, whereas other ones will do daily trips and stuff. It was very clean. The location is better for my father, being more country than in the city.

We've visited Reflections Retirement Community. They seem to have appropriate activities for the residents in what appeared to be an open and nice community room. The room seemed adequate for the need and the meal options were excellent, especially the alternatives. In other words, if we didn't like what was being served that day, there were lots of options to choose from if they didn't like that particular day's menu items. So I thought that was good. The outdoor space was very inviting and very pleasant. The person that did the tour was very knowledgeable about the facility and seemed to know the staff as we went around and ran into them. The staff members, as we went along, seemed to be aware of their names and knew them, which I thought was good. That perspective seemed to be very positive in terms of how they spoke with us as guests and with residents as they happened to come upon them.

I went to Reflections Retirement Community. They have a large room right now, but we're waiting for a couple of weeks to see if a small room will become available. I only talked to one person. It was a nice, clean environment, and she seemed friendly They only showed me the large room, the laundry facility, and the nurses' station. It was clean and I've seen where the residents would have their own mailboxes. She showed me two different floors for their retirement floors for the people who need assistance. They have some transportation but not wheelchair transportation for the residents there. They have bingo but they don't have any other activities for them to do. I've seen somebody sitting down and somebody else walking through the hall. There was no presence of people.

My aunt went to Reflections Retirement Community. Care has been very good so far. Her apartment is very nice. She has a one-bedroom with a kitchenette. They have activities, and she has the activities calendar in her apartment. I'm paying for the meals. She gets three meals a day and also "well care" (where someone checks in on her three times a day). She says the food is good. They have a large library, a large dining area, and an outdoor patio area. It's a secure building. They lock the doors at night. It's very clean. I haven't really dealt with too many of the staff, but the ones I have has been good.

Reflections Retirement Community was very nice. The staff was wonderful the short time mom was there, but she was notified of having been exposed to Covid there and they quarantined her. This was part of all the issues with them, and it's not their fault because they were very proud and told us that they hadn't had Covid in the facility all of last year, which speaks highly of them. We were told yesterday as we were getting her things moved out and stuff that another lady had already passed from it inside the facility and they had already put everybody on lockdown, and there were no visitors. The only reason we were allowed there was we're moving mother out. John was one of the few nurses we had time to get to know, and he's just wonderful and he did what he could. Mom was only in this facility for less than a month. The residents were involved in different activities. They were all involved in either watching TV or doing crafts, whatever was going on. We were there various hours of the day, the short time that mom was there. It's very clean and very nice. Mom ended up trying to take part in the church service on Sunday and I was really happy with that, but that's when she was pulled out and told that she had to be quarantined because of exposure, then they tested her, she was positive.
