My aunt is a current resident, and I can't say enough about the facility and the staff. Everyone is very friendly and always available to answer questions that we have. StoryPoint is very clean and rooms are spacious and accomodating to her needs. I would recommend for your Independent Living needs.

Storypoint has been a great fit for my dad to transition into after selling his home after 50 years. We put a deposit to hold a room in the StoryPoint Pickerington. It's beautiful. It is light, very bright, and very clean-looking. StoryPoint Pickerington was very nice. It was all in one building They had everything there. They had a dining room, snacks, a movie theater, bingo, games, and cards. They had a workout room. They had a lot of rooms that had balconies. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. I had lunch there, and it was very good and a nice variety.

Facility is nicely maintained with a friendly and caring staff. They go out of their way to accommodate the residents and truly lookout for their well being. They have expanded care that is available in the facility over the 3 plus years my mom has been there which will allow her to continue staying there without having to move to a dedicated assisted living facility.

I looked many places for my mom. When I visited Story Point I knew I had found my mom her home. The staff has ben amazing! Ryan, Sue, Ty, Shane, Gianni, the dining room staff, maintenance and the front desk staff! A+…….. This is a hard transition for most people including my mom however it makes my heart so happy when I call my mom and she sounds so happy and settled. My mothers apartment is the perfect size for her. Appliances are new and staff has been very helpful getting her used to using them. Staff is supportive and very friendly. You can tell she is in a very caring environment. Activities are similar to being on a cruise ship- there is always something going on. Cooking demonstrations. Games and music groups to name a few.

I enjoy my apartment because it's spacious and beautiful! It has a balcony where I can grow my flowers and other plants. A full kitchen with ample cabinet space. StoryPoint Pickerington had nice apartments, nice and clean facilities with lots of activities, and the people seemed happy. The staff that I met during the tour was very friendly and helpful. It was very bright, clean, and nicely decorated. We didn't eat there but we saw the dining area and they had a little event going on, it was someone's birthday or something there, so it was very nice and clean. They have art, music, a library, movies, and outings, they've got everything.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There are many daily activities for residents to participate in. The only complaint we have is that work orders for room repairs are not done in a timely matter. Many times we've had to remind the management that the work in question still has not been taken care of.

One of the newer facilities in Pickerington. Good location that is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Good food and available to residents easily. Nice community rooms. Lots of activities to participate in. Staff is really friendly and welcoming.

Alot of different floor plans to look at. Recommend knowing your budget and have and an idea of what must have furniture you want to bring. Staff was and has been responsive to my questions. StoryPoint Pickertington is in a great location. Close to stores, banks and medical institutions. For my family the dining amenity has been fantastic.

Love this facility. It has been such a blessing to our family to have a safe comfortable place for Mom. I have noticed the common area facilities are not as clean as they used to be. The elevators have never been cleaned. Specifically the floors of the elevators. I am not impressed with the “Laurus” nightly staff. I do not feel they reflect the excellence that Sycamore/Story Point has always upheld. I do want to give props to Sharon and Debbie at the front desk. They are AMAZING!! ...

Storypoint is a very inviting and the staff are very nice. They have resident ambassadors that help you get to know your surroundings, introduce you to other residents and more. Storypoint offers a variety of room options that are spacious and updated. Kitchens have granite countertops and stainless appliances. Master bedroom closet is spacious with washer and dryer. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My dad has been happy here and enjoys the food and all amenities (exercise room, activities, and outings).

We moved my aunt in. We chose them because it's easily accessible from where we live, we were looking for staff that was caring about the residents, and I wanted a nice, comfortable environment that was cared for and had various activities. They have a gym, a library, a movie theater, and a beauty parlor. They just recently started making some changes with meal service.
