Cosmetically a nice facility. The nursing care was terrifying and that's a compliment. My mother was not a memory care patient but routinely made to sit awake all night long in the memory care section because she had to excessively use the restroom. I understand that staffing might be slight but that's no excuse. They removed her from her room and made her sit up all night in the memory Care Unit because they did not want to be bothered to take her to the restroom. She was in her '80s. Their administrator was fine with this. I went there every day for an average of 4 - 6 hours so they would not have to take her to the restroom. As ridiculous as that seems because we were paying roughly $6,000 a month for this service . I was even called at 3:00 a.m. in the middle of the night to come over there and take my mom to the restroom. The nurse that called me would not let me in. She called me and looked right at me and walked away.. Once again the administrator in charge said that was okay. Seriously, Please do not be fooled by the nice interior. She was not in independent living and we paid a premium to have them take her to the restroom/personal care etc. After having to have emergency surgery my mother did not return to this facility. They even wanted to charge us for a 30-day grace period as she did not occupy the room. She was in the hospital after a major surgery. Shameful.

There was nothing that I liked least or best about The Inn at Library Way. It was just one out of the six or seven I've toured. It was the best as far as the way the room looked and the guy that toured me. I just liked that better than most of the places. The dining area was nice. I didn't see any staff in the memory care area. The staff during the tour said they were there, but I did not see any. It's a very nice facility.

I really love The Inn at Library Way. It's a very strong contender for us. I liked it a lot. It was very nice and very social. They had a pub, which was a little different from other places. The feel of the facility was very nice and very new. The room felt more like a studio hotel room. It wasn't homey. We saw the 1-room with a kitchenette. They were all very similar and looked nice and clean. I liked their facilities a lot. Everything was all on one floor, which was really nice. They had an atrium with birds in it. They had a really nice patio out back. Everything was accessible because it's all on one floor. I would definitely recommend it. I think the staff was very good, too.
