My mother has moved into Sunrise of Dublin. I had some reviews from some friends who liked it. They seem to really care, so I selected them. She's not been in there that long. They seem to be working with her. The staff is very nice and very respectful. They seem to accommodate her the best way they can. I have not tasted the food, but they have made food to her taste. She's a picky eater. The facility is excellent. The memory care is isolated. They keep people from leaving, which is necessary. The staff that's on that floor only works on that floor. They don't rotate staff. They have music and church, and they have physical therapy. Value for money is about standard. I was so impressed.

I loved Sunrise of Dublin. It was clean, friendly, and accommodating. It was a welcoming community. The only thing that I did not care about them was the fact that they charge the family for every single thing that they do for you. If they have to wheel Mom down to the dining hall, they charge $5, and there is a fee for medications. If it's 7 to 11 pills, it's $15 a day. If she needs a hospital table, they charge you for it. So, it's nickel-and-diming for everything. A $4,000 room board fee could add up to $9000 to $10,000 a month.

I looked at the Sunrise of Dublin. I liked the people that we spoke with and the tour. It was a new and lovely facility. They allowed pets, which was a big pro. It was a beautiful facility. Everything in there was very nice and lovely. Mom doesn't like to have to look out at a parking lot, and she would have had to look at a parking lot from her windows there. The staff members were wonderful. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They took a lot of time with us.

My husband is at Sunrise of Dublin. He has been there for almost a month now. He is in assisted living. They have three levels of assisted living: assisted living, assisted living plus, and assisted living plus-plus. He is in the plus-plus. I like the facility. The staff has been very friendly. Overall, I'm pleased. It is very bright and cheerful. My husband has a very nice room. He is in a room by himself, so that was the other big deal. At the other place, he would have been with a roommate, and that was probably the deciding factor. I didn't want him to be with a roommate. He is not the most pleasant person these days, and I would feel sorry for the roommate. The staff has been very friendly and very cooperative, even though my husband hasn't been. I like them a lot. My husband doesn't eat in the dining area. He rarely gets out of bed. He can't walk well at all. He has to have a wheelchair. It's difficult for him to get out of bed, so he has his meals in his room. The food seems good. I haven't eaten much of any of it, but he says it is OK. They also have quite a few activities. They have a walking club, and they watch movies. The place always smells like freshly popped popcorn, which I love. He doesn't get out of bed, so he doesn't really participate in any of the group activities. They do put out a daily little newsletter with some information and some games. He doesn't do those either, but I do them. They have a gazebo, too. I looked at the outdoor area, and it looks very nice. It is very attractive. Another selling point is that they have a house dog and cat that are just the sweetest things. The place itself is very neat, clean, and well-kept.

I love our tour at the Sunrise of Dublin. It's a strong consideration. We were just concerned with the cost of it. They're my absolute favorite, and they had a dog that's so darn cute. The manager was fantastic, and I really, really liked her. She's to the point and very easy to work with. The room had a kitchenette. We looked at a studio and the bath. Everything was very nice. They had TVs all over the place. They had a hair salon and a really nice dining room. The whole facility was very nice. They had a really nice patio with a sort of flower garden. It was very private and quiet. It was a very nice facility. The one lady we talked to was outstanding. The building was in very good repair, and I loved what I saw. They seemed very inclusive with their staff, and the facility looked very well-maintained. I really like the facility itself. They had multiple outside areas. They had an upstairs patio porch, and there was a downstairs patio porch.

I toured Sunrise of Dublin. The young woman who helped us was super nice. The ladies who work in the memory care area, came over to talk to us and they were very enthusiastic and passionate about what they were doing. They had like a main hub in the memory care area, and then four hallways went off of that. I thought it was a nice place, but the more I thought about how it was laid out, my mother would have gotten lost every time, and that would have been very frightening for her because she can't see very well. Everybody was very, very committed to taking care of the residents. Residents who live in assisted living can come down and go anywhere in the building. They all were happy and engaged, and the staff was engaged with them. It looked like a very close-knit community. But the layout I didn't think would work very well for mom just because the memory care area was just so big.

When we went to Sunrise of Dublin, we looked at some of the first rooms. We weren't able to tour the memory care facility or that floor at the time. Our hope was that we were going to be able to get both my parents into an assisted living scenario. Once mom passes away, my father would move to memory care. They're friendly. Everything was very nice. I was very impressed with it. I really liked it. The staff was nice, the facility was nice, and the rooms were nice. I wanted to stay at a few of them. They were nice, but the cost was the biggest issue. The calendar of events that they had for their residents, the facility, everything was very, very nice. It's almost like an all-inclusive resort. We saw the dining facility, and everything looked great. With COVID and all the restrictions, everything's pretty brief. Everything I saw was very, very nice.

Sunrise of Dublin is very new and it's spacious. The people that I got in contact with are fantastic, helpful, pleasant, and they seem to be very happy to be there. The turnover is very low. If people are happy where they are, they must be happy with their jobs, and this is how it looks like so far. They're accommodating, they even recommended a mover, which worked out well, and they were very reasonable. The staff couldn't be any better, and they're tremendously nice to my wife, which is what it's all about. They accommodate her needs very well, they're helpful, pleasant, and they allow pets. She got the apartment with the bedroom and the living room, and she's able to take some of her furniture and things that are important to her. There always seems to be something going on. They've had a musician, they've had people come over and play the piano, they've had some cooking classes, sewing classes, wine tasting, and just about anything a person could want. The physical therapy people contacted my wife, and she was saying that she's looking to get a power wheelchair. The physical therapist said, "Why are you getting a wheelchair when you're going to go and walk? " It came as a shock because she's kind of giving up on walking. They're positive like that. The meals are fantastic, and I couldn't think of a more perfect layout. Everything is warm, open, and inviting. The price is reasonable and comparable to the other places.

My first impression of Sunrise of Dublin was it was hotel-like. The rooms were really nice and larger, and in the memory care situation, they had some really cute fronts that they did to them to help the patients remember it was theirs by making it look like cottagey, so it was really nice and clean. The person who gave me the tour was really nice and helpful. The food looked good, with a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. They had some simple activities to keep them occupied like folding the laundry, and they had games, cards, and a craft room where they do projects. They were a little pricey but it was excellent.

Sunrise of Dublin is drop-dead gorgeous. It's lovely and beautiful. The young woman that took us on a tour was very kind, very professional, very friendly, and upbeat. She knew what she needed to say. The rooms themselves are adequate in size. The studio is quite large and the one-bedroom is a good size as well. There are lots of lights and lot of windows bringing the outdoors in. I really liked that. They were very accommodating for things that I was particularly was interested in. I felt like it was a very positive time, however, they are a little more expensive than I feel like I can afford.

We went to visit Sunrise of Dublin, and I saw that they had a lot of activities. The personnel were extremely nice. The rooms were small, but they were nice. My husband just at this point is not ready to go yet. I noticed that they have a gathering center, a room that had refreshments, and a lovely dining room. They have a game room and a patio that the residents can utilize. Overall, the whole appearance of it was clean, and that was nice too.

Sunrise of Dublin was a new place and very appealing, but one thing I did not like about it was that it was on beautiful floors, and they had to use an elevator. They have three meals a day. The staff was very helpful and seemed to know their business. I saw the studio rooms, and it was small. They had a walk in track around the building, and they had field trips.

Sunrise of Dublin was excellent, and it's a newer facility. The rooms were a little bit bigger, and they had more rooms and had more rooms available. They also had a walking trail.

I have recently visited this community. It is pricey and the rooms are small. The staff however was very kind. The place was in great shape and the patio areas were gorgeous.
