Siena Woods was average. I think they could do better. The facility smelled and the person who was giving the tour was not very knowledgeable about anything. The facility was mediocre. It was clean enough but they just don't seem like they gave the level of care that I think people should be receiving, especially paying that kind of money out. I was disappointed with the rooms. The person took me to a room that smelled horrible. So, I wasn't pleased with that place at all. An old friend of my mom's used to be there, and they've gone downhill since her mom was there, and that's been a couple of years. They didn't even bother to take me to the apartments. They just took me to one room. It was small and wasn't personable like the other facilities I went to. They had no upgrades or anything like that.

My sister has moved into Siena Woods. They had a lot of things that we were looking for, for my sister and it's close to where I live, so it made it more convenient for me. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I have not heard her say anything bad about the food. They just had a big barbecue this past Friday that she went to. I know she has a calendar in her room of all the events that they are doing. Everything seems to be really good and very clean. It's close to the little town of Englewood so there are a lot of things that she can do around the area. There is a hospital very close and there are quite a few restaurants close.

Siena Village Senior Living was a great community. Their leasing manager was very nice, helpful, and friendly. The place was OK and very well kept. The grounds were well kept, and the location was very accessible. It was very affordable.

Siena Woods is really nice and has a wonderful workout place. My friend had a small but very nice room with a microwave, a little refrigerator, and everything she needed. Everybody was very friendly and kind. It's quite a fine place. The staff are very nice and hardworking.
